Useful in many ways and places
It arrived this weekend while I was out fishing but it seems sturdy; light weight; easy to use; adjustable; It will be very usefull while docking the boat; retrieving the crab cage; pushing the boat away from stuck places; and many other uses, even will be useful around the house.

Tighten screws on extender latches, and will work great!
Works good, only one recommendation.When I used to pull myself to dock, the extender did not hold, and it extended when I didn’t want to.I was going to return. Then I thought I could try tightening screws by extender latches.It worked. Tighten screws, and will work great!

Handy On and Off the Water
Seriously, this Extend-A-Reach boat hook has been way more useful than I even expected. Docking the boat is so much easier now with that extra reach – no more leaning way out and almost falling in! Plus, it's not huge and clunky, so storing it isn't a pain. Feels pretty solid in your hand, and the fact that it floats is really handy. The funny thing is, I even used it the other day to help hang some string lights in the backyard. Who knew? Definitely a good buy if you're around the water, and maybe even if you're not!
