Kyolic Aged Garlic lowers blood pressure when taken twice daily. I also lowers cholesterol in the body and boosts immunity and keeps bones healthy.

Good quality
I like that it does NOT contain GMOs, gluten, dairy, sodium, yeast, sugar, preservatives, or artificial colors/flavors. Also, the garlic doesn't permeate the skin and make us smell like garlic! Contains an ingredient derived from soybeans, which doesn't excite me. I'd probably give 5 stars if it didn't have this. Capsules are "average" size and easy to swallow. Dose is 2 capsules twice daily with food.
