Game changer. I prefer herbal solutions such as this. After using for a while, I was able to reduce to one capsule twice per week. This product was a great discovery for me, and I highly recommend. More sleep and fewer accidents.

I read a Reddit post that this supplement was a miracle cure for their lifetime OAB. I purchased it in hopes that after 20+ years of suffering with this condition, I could find something that would give me even the slightest relief. I am sorely disappointed that it is not reducing my bathroom trips, even after consistently taking the supplements 2x a day for the last 2 months.I do not recommend it. There is no miracle drug or cure for this condition.

My son is 15 years old and had never stopped bedwetting. After looking at concerning side effects of a presciption the Dr. wanted to give us (and the fact that you have to take it, most likely, forever) I was not willing to give it to him w/out trying other remedies. We tried 3 different bed wetting alarms that were so irritating we gave up after a couple of months each time. After taking this for 2-3 months we saw a big decrease in how many nights he was wetting. He went from wetting 3+ nights a week to 1 x a wk. Then he stopped wetting completely. Stress and a change can prompt him to wet, but it's very occasionally now. I think in the last 2 months he's only wet 2x's! So we are very happy with that and will keep taking it and then slowly decrease it until he can stop taking it. Even if he has to take it there no side effects and that makes me happy. This is exactly the same thing as the urox Jr. except that they sell it in a 60 count bottle which ends up significantly cheaper.

While I was pleased of the added benefit of improving sleep including vivid dreams. It is sedating if you take during the day. I would take one in am at bedtime. Curiously, no one else has mentioned this…

It has not completely relieved my problem after about two months, but it seems to have help considerably. This was a reorder because I want to continue taking it.

Due to a surgery after a severe knee fracture I have been bedridden for months and for some mysterious reason I developed a severe case of overactive bladder. I had to "run" to the bathroom every two hours or less - including at nights, with an urgent need. At 57, I was wearing pull-up diapers just in case I didn't make it to there in time. Only until a month after I found this miracle pill, when one night I just noticed at my bathroom break, that it was already 5 am, and I was in the bathroom at midnight before. No more urgency, I make it there each time. Congratulations to the inventor, she gave my sanity back. I no longer feel like a 90-year old woman. I don't know how long I should take it to have lasting results, but I already ordered 3 more months worth to make sure not torun out of it for a while. Strongly recommend to give it a try if your bladder is acting up.

I started using this product several weeks ago after reading about it in a book on prostate health after showing signs of BPH. I goofed and let myself run out of it, then reordered a batch of 3.The batch of 3 came with a document saying that this showed benefit in a study provided a while back after 8 weeks of use. This sort of matches my experience; I seemed to be seeing fewer symptoms after 4 weeks.I won't let myself run out again!

I bought this because of the research that showed that it could help limit nighttime urination. Although the claim was that it could actually end the need to wake up and go to the bathroom, I would have regarded it as a success if it could have reduced the need to wake up by a factor of 1 as opposed to the 2 times I had been waking up. I have taken this for 4 months and it has failed to change my nighttime habits at all. So I would characterize that as a total failure. Perhaps others have benefited from this product but I definitely did not.
