Comfortable in the right places.
Really comfortable, band is nice and soft and doesn’t dig in like other compression shorts. Cup is comfortable too, was expecting it to be a little uncomfortable in the groin area, but there’s enough cushioning there to make it comfortable.

Cup is great. Shorts not so much.
Shock doctor cup has saved me multiple times now in my martial arts classes, but I had to get a traditional shock doc jock strap because the shorts don't really hold very tightly. I never wear them anymore. Maybe get a size smaller to make sure to hold the cup better. not sure.Cup has a rubber lining so it stays in place during training and you're not adjusting it all the time. Do yourself a favor and get the jock strap. It's better.

This was to big for my package.
Please go 2 sizes under what you think. Trust me not everyone is a magnum. As for protection….. my lady friend says it hurt a lot. Try at your own risk.
