Why this small EDC Torch is so hot after short time use?

It is small but much more powerful than similar size torches, so it is normal to have a lot of heat. You can lower the output or turn it off to reduce the heat or use lower output levels as turbo output is usually for emergency.

How to change the output levels of this pocket size flashlight?

When the small LED torch is on, press and hold it to change output levels, it has five output levels with strobe (double press the power switch button to get turbo, and double press it again to get strobe), release it when get the brightness you want

How long can this small flashlight last at 4000lumens?

It can last about 1 minute at 4000lumens, then the brightness will decrease to 900lumens to prevent the flashlight being too hot and damage the LED or circuit. Turbo output is for emergency and an extra good feature of this cute flashlight.

Can I purchase an extra charging cable if I lost it by accident?

Yes, many Imalent models share this charging cable and we do have a listing selling this charging cable in our amazon shop. You can let us know by amazon message any time if it is out of stock to remind us to restock it.

What should I do if my flashlight is not working?

Press four times to unlock it, charge it. Let us know by amazon sms, we will solve your problem.
