It has truly elevated my cooking game! It is perfect boiling veggies especially for my baby who just started solid. it is easy to clean and use. The steamer function is a fantastic addition. The color is an aesthetic bonus and highly recommend this.

If negative rating was there, i would be using that, I never got disappointed with any other products from Amazon than this product. I lost my money and also I lost my belief in this brand. After using only one week the base part got melted and sticked to the vessel part and made a hole in the vessel , and stopped working. Very very disappointed.

Steaming is even and consistent, while during cooking, a small amount of food may stick to the bottom, which is fairly common.Overall, it significantly reduces cooking time compared to traditional stovetop cooking. I would definitely recommend this product despite a few minor flaws, as they are easy to overlook.The customer service is excellent and responds promptly to resolve any issues. My unit had a breakdown, and the support team handled it quickly by replacing it with a brand-new product without any hassle.
