OTBT Women's Springfield Mule

My first pair of OTBT. I ordered the straw pattern and like the style of this shoe, but the pattern did not suit me as expected. I love the way the shoe fits, though, especially the wide toe box. It is mostly comfortable, the only complaint being the elastic on the heel strap. The way the elastic is sewn onto the shoe leaves the jagged edges of the straw patterned fabric feeling rough and this rubs on the inside of my foot/heel. I am exchanging for a different color/material. I really hope this shoe works out because I love how comfortable everything else is. I have a little bit wider foot, and the toe box was so comfortable and perfect.UPDATE: I exchanged for the gray fabric style and love them! The elastic and fabric junction at the heel is soft and does not irritate. These are very comfortable with good arch support, as well. I ordered a black leather pair for my mom who has wide and difficult to fit feet, and she loves them.

Joy to find another shoe that fits my narrow low arch feet, altough they would fit someone with a higher arch than mine an they have an adjustable strap. The are the right width for my narrow feet and once my heals have got used to having a back (I've been wearing boots or backless for several years they will be great and look lovely.

I wish I could write something positive about these shoes. I purchased them after reading some of the reviews. And no, they are not comfortable, too small, and feel plastic. I returned them promptly. I don't recommend them

Lovely design, beautiful finish, incredibly comfortable, straight out of the box on my wide feet . The fabric lining at the heel took some getting used to, but I love these shoes!!!

Love the fit, style, and height. Perfect for work. The neutral color goes with any outfit. The design is great and the open sling back is perfect for wam weather.

I have 7 pairs of these shoes, in different colors and fabrics. The shoes have a wide toe box, they are comfortable and provide good support.

This is my 3rd pair of the same shoe, all in beautiful colors. The size is a perfect fit and they are really comfortable.
