Great incubator!
Hatched all 11 chicks… I picked up the bottle several times during the process to let the water flow in the incubator as much as it could. As long as there is at least a few cm of water inside the incubator.. not touching the eggs then you don’t have worry about not having a humidity sensor- that might be what helped all 11 hatch. Fahrenheit didn’t work only Celsius worked on both temperature buttons. I had it set at around 37.6 C.During the hatching process I carefully removed a few of the empty shells. They started hatching about 3 days earlier. It took about two days for all of them to fully hatch.

WORKED GREAT
FIRST TIME EVER TRYING TO HATCH EGGS!! I WAS SO WORRIED AFTER READING SO MANY POSTS ABOUT TEMPERATURE AND HUMIDITY NEEDING TO BE JUST RIGHT. BUT I WAS GIVEN SOME EGGS AND NEEDED A INCUBATOR QUICK. SO I LEFT THEM ON THE TABLE & ORDERED THIS. SET UP WAS QUICK AND EASY. I ADDED THE WATER WHICH HAD TO BE FILLED TWICE AND LEFT IT ALONE. WHEN I CANDELED A COUPLE OF WEEKS LATER I COULDN'T SEE MUCH BUT NO BLOOD RINGS SO I LEFT ALONE. I DIDN'T REMOVE THE TURNER UNTIL I NOTICED ONE EGG STARTINGT TO PIP. I THOUGHT I HAD MESSED UP BUT NOPE, I ENDED UP WITH 10/12 EGGS HATCHED! I WILL SAY IT DID GET CRAMPED IN THERE WITH TEN CHICKS SO I TOOK EVERYONE OUT WHEN THEY WERE DRY. I LEFT THE OTHER TWO EGGS FOR A FEW MORE DAYS TO SEE IF ANYTHING HAPPENS. IF YOUR NEW TO THIS AND DON'T WANT TO SPEND A LOT, IT'S A GREAT PRODUCT. ONLY BAD PART IS YOU NEED TO HAAVE A WAY TO CANDLE EGGS.

It works and it’s cute!
6 of our eggs hatched and now we have sweet baby chicks! It was super sad that the others did not. It was simple enough to use. It was a disgusting pain cleaning it though. But I would recommend it.

Budget-Friendly Starter, But Not Quite Flawless
Decent for Beginners, but Not Without FlawsI wanted an affordable incubator to hatch a small clutch of chicken eggs, and the TRIOCOTTAGE incubator seemed to fit the bill. It’s compact, lightweight, and easy to set up, which is great for someone just dipping their toes into hatching. The automatic egg turner is a plus, and I appreciated the clear lid so I could spy on the little nuggets in the making. The digital temperature and humidity display worked fine most of the time, but here’s where things start to wobble. The temp control isn’t super accurate—mine fluctuated by a couple of degrees. I had to supplement with a separate thermometer and hygrometer to double-check everything. The plastic feels a bit cheap, and the instructions were… let’s just say, not winning any awards for clarity. If you’ve never used an incubator before, you might end up watching a few YouTube videos to make sense of it all.Hatch rate? Not terrible, not amazing. I got about 60% success, which might have been better with tighter control over the conditions. Plus, you have to turn off the automatic turner yourself 3 days before hatching and that is a pain but doable. All in all, it’s okay for hobbyists or first-time hatchers who are on a budget.

mini hatchery.
We have hatched several batches of baby chicks and guineas. It has worked well for us. When the eggs start hatching, we take out the egg rolling device so a baby chick will not get caught in it.

Easy to use
Great incubator at a great price! Easy to clean perfect size for 12 eggs. Built well and very easy to use Set the temp keep the water bottle filled and watch the chicks hatch. So far I’ve had 100% hatch rate using this incubator!

I wouldn't buy again. Not good customer support.
Not sure if operator error but 3 eggs were broken when auto turning, 1 egg hatched in it's own, 1 egg I helped and 4 eggs didn't hatch so I turned off on day 26. Found chick's in 3 eggs that were fully grown but had died. Lost the plug to the humidity hole and can't find any parts to replace. So not sure how I feel so far with this incubator.I got ahold of the company but think they are from China as there seems to be a language barrier. I was told thru email they were sending a new incubator but kept saying it was coming but never did. I asked for a tracking number and they said Amazon didn't give thme one. We use to talk to someone at Amazon but cannot figure how to anymore.

Does the job well!!
The media could not be loaded. Worked how it's supposed to!I loaded it up with 12 chicks and all 12 hatched.I did get a Bluetooth thermometer/ humidity reader and stuck it inside with a Velcro command strip.A few important things that aren't clear on the instructions:1. To test the turning feature- hold down the minus button until it turns.2. To adjust the temperature press the settings button and adjust then press the settings button again to save the temperature.3. For the first 18 days I added water only when the humidity got below 50. After that I had it hooked up at all times to.keep the humidity up. I did spray the eggs a few times after they had all pipped to make sure they didn't dry out. I was able to do it through the air hole. I had that half way closed after spraying until they started to hatch to keep the humidity up then opened it up all the way.4. I used the Styrofoam the whole time, I left the bottom attached at 18 days and kept the top on until they pipped. Then took the top Styrofoam off.5. I definitely recommend this as a more inexpensive incubator! It did it's job and saved me a few bucks!!!Also great when there is a chick shortage from people panic buying 😂 now time to see how many are roosters hahaha
