10pcs 2K3 Ohm Potentiometer Replacement for Dualsense PS5 Controller, Trim Pot Resistor Thumbstick Module Sensor for ALPS Analog Joystick

I'd been using full analog sticks I'd purchased then pulling the potentiometers out to fix stick drift on PS5 Dual Sense controllers until I found these! No reason to buy a fill analog arick when I cannjuat purchase the poeltentiometwrs themselves! These are direct replacement pots that dont even need to be recalibrate in blue and green PS5 controller analog sticks. If you use these parts in an orange analog stick I have found you will need to recalibrate them Im guessing the ohm value is different but there are mixed reviews on whether they're all directly compatible or not online. Buying just these pots is worth the cost vs a full stick if you don't need to replace the entire assembly. Cuts out all the soldering work replacing pots if that's your only issue! I'll be buying again once I use these up. Came with a bunch of useful tools that I believe are extra value above and beyond the cost of the pots! I love this little kit!

Fixed my stick drift issue with no soldering required. The tools in this kit are trash except the tweezers and the screw driver

Did not solder, I just used the tweezers to pull out the white inner part and replaced with the included white inner parts (blue potentiometers in the kit). There are multiple YouTube videos you can watch for the process. Reassembled and stick drift was fixed. One had a white piece either broken or I broke it, but either way there were 10 in the kit, so no big deal. Saved $75 bucks, took about 30 minutes, and I probably was very slow because it was my first time doing it. Works like new now, would recommend. Also took the opportunity to clean out a bit of gunk that had accumulated in the triggers.

Those worked pretty well, I’m still using my controllers that I repaired with them. It has enough to repair a few controllers and it comes with some repair tools you might not have at home

My PS5 controllers were drifting so badly that my kids couldn’t even play Minecraft anymore. Instead of spending $70 on new controllers, I decided to try these potentiometer replacers, and I’m so glad I did. Be very careful when taking your controllers apart, and take pictures beforehand in case you forget where pieces go. I also recommend watching a few YouTube tutorials. I’m very pleased with this purchase, and I was pleasantly surprised that it even comes with the necessary tools. Great buy and definitely worth the price.

My ps5 dualsense will be temporarily working for awhile longer.

These cannot be replaced WITHOUT soldering. Don’t believe the reviews that say otherwise. The inner pieces did not solve stick drift on their own, either. In fact, just swapping them in to my controller without changing the entire module made the stick issues far far worse.

Meh. Cheap tools, but the driver is the correct size. The plastic spudgers got very chewed up quickly, but the pry hook for the pot worked well enough. Not really a quick and easy fix; didn't work on the first go, so I'll probably have to tear everything apart and try again. I'd recommend springing for a more quality ifixit kit and/or putting in the effort to solder in a whole new joystick assembly.

Not sure if one arrived broken or not. To minimize the repair work I just replaced the inner white piece. On the first attempt one of the clips was broken either by me or poor QC. Totally possible that I broke it while transferring to the controller so I can’t fault the product. Stick drift was heavy left on the left stick. After the replacement it is good as new. Time will tell how long this will last but as of now I’m saved from a replacement and can do it 18 more times 🙂 Also, the ribbon cables on these controllers are a thousand times better positioned and easier to connect in comparison to the ps4 controllers. If you are hesitant because you think all the tech packed into these will make it a harder job than it was on last gen this is not necessarily the case.

Purchased this to try and fix my PS5 controller unit as it had severe drift error on the left stick. I did not replace the entire potentiometer (soldering required, which I was lazy to do) but only the slider disc part inside each one of them. And it worked pretty well. Drift error gone. For now.

I have already replaced two of the resistors on two different controllers. I didn't have to solder anything. Just find the YouTube videos of how to do that. Also don't forget to calibrate it afterwards. Super easy, there are web sites that allow you to check drift before disassembly. And another web site to calibrate centre after assembly (it maybe a bit off, and you want it to be perfect)

its good it works with ps5 dualsense. replaced them and drift was gone. be sure to calibrate your dualsense befor you use it to play games
