Phone slips off easily
I had a different make prior to this which had a more rubberised surface which held the phone better. This is more of a hard plastic & it slopes down towards the edges so I put my phone on to charge, see that it's charging, then come back later & see it's slipped off the pad or just decentered itself so it's not on the right spot to charge. Pay a few quid more & get a slightly better one - it will be better in the long run.

VERY DANGEROUS
This item needs to be taken off the market, it’s very DANGEROUS it got really hot when used, it heated my phone up so hot I’m surprised it never melted it

Not very sturdy…..
They lasted not even a month. They aren’t very well made and being taken to work and handled in a gentle manner still didn’t keep them from braking and they have stopped working :(
