Works for me but, pills are too big.
L-Arginine seems to work as well as L-Citrulline but, I would rather take 2 medium pills or 3 small instead of 1 massive pill. I know its concentrated, but these are too big, someone will choke/hurt throat. A few times after swallowing a 1000MG pill my throat is left feeling strange like something is stuck & or is temporarily irritated.

Works for me
High blood pressure and heart disease runs in my family so I try and do everything I can to try and mitigate my odds of having these issues in my adult life. Both of my parents were taking blood pressure medication by the time they were in their 40's and I was heading in the same direction. I started exercising, taking fish oil and L'Arginine several years ago and I'm happy to say that I'm now in my 50's and have a fairly clean bill of health in regards to my heart. I know it would be hard to prove that anything in particular that I'm doing is helping but I feel like taking this supplement is part of what has helped me and I'll continue to do it.

Great for Increased Vascularity and Blood Flow!
I use this product for increased blood flow during workouts. The main difference I see while using these is increased vascularity and pump while working out. I would think this means better blood flow to the muscles. When you begin taking L-arginine it will take about two weeks before you feel and see any results. These tablets are large, so drink plenty of water to make swallowing them easier. I only take one tablet daily preferably 30-45 minutes pre-workout on an empty stomach. The bottle contains 60 tablets and will last one month if taken as directed. If you take only one tablet like I do it will last two months. This is not a bad deal for 1000 mg strength tablets.
