I have a spring loaded gate on my courtyard. Some of my neighbors had an alligator enter their courtyard and couldn’t get out which was not a good situation for the homeowner. This latch was easy to install and works wonderfully with easy access and exit with a push of a button on both sides. So much better than having to reach over the gate to unlatch in order to enter which other gate latches require. I would highly recommend.

Great look. Easy to install. Latch fails to lock occasionally. Don’t over-tighten the mounting screws between the two components.

Well made, Easy to install, Quality Product, works perfectly. A great improvement over the stamped metal latch that came with my fence. The original latch lasted about 9 months.

Worked perfect the first month. Second month the buttons started to stick. WD40 did the truck. Now in month three the metal hook that catches the latch is stuck in the up position. Out of warranty and out of luck.

This Gate latch is Awesome. Very Easy to Install.

I like that it satisfies my project requirements for an indoor tree panel door w/o needing to have a doorknob incorporated in the door design... Installation size is adequate for this job... There is a keyed locking version by this same company if that would be necessary...
