Great screen, colors seem to be close to original screen that was replaced. Looks to be refurbished OEM equipment

The media could not be loaded. I had an incident occur in which coffee managed to leak into my M1 Macbook Air resulted in needing to replace the audio pcb and display. I have the silver MB Air M1 A2337 and chose this screen to have a two tone aesthetic which worked out very nicely. The screen is overall as good as it gets. There is only one notable difference and that is the backlight is not as bright as the original. With that said, having replaced several screens over the years I have yet to find one that does match the OEM backlight brightness. I would say 85-90% near a match. The colors are excellent, and look appears just like the Apple one. Overall, I'm very satisfied with the replacement and the performance so far. I'll update if that changes.If you're contemplating like I was, I'd say go for it. Coming from a background in web dev and design I have high expectations and this screen is performing great as a replacement.

Didn't work at all, had to return and buy another brand that did work

Simple enough to install. No great technical knowledge required. If you have the patience and focus to build a lego set, you can accomplish this install. The actual part is working great and i notice no difference in quality. $500+ for apple to do it. $180ish and 45 min for me to do it. I am in the wrong line of work

The installation of this screen replacement is quite easy. I followed a YouTube video from ubergeek and was able to complete the screen replacement in about 20-30 minutes.The screen quality is great for now! I just installed it last night, so there are only a couple of hours use on it. I will update the review if the screen has any quick deterioration. Brightness seems to be the same as the Apple screen that was on it previously! Installation went as it should, and packaging kept the unit safe for the shipment.I only have two complaints.First is that the order was delayed a day which was unfortunate do to me needing this for my wife’s schooling. I’m not sure if this was amazons fault or if there was external issues in our area to create the delay.Second is that this unit doesn’t come with tools to complete the job. It may have been my mistake, but most of the other screen replacements had tools included for a very similar price. I did same day order the tools, but had to wait another 12 hours to be able to do the install.Overall, I would recommend this product as far as I have experienced it so far.
