This review makes no claim of use.Well this is one supplement that I always know I've taken within the next hour. For me it changes the smell of my urine. Similar in the way Asparagus does but, well different.I use this as part of my effort to maintain healthy blood sugar levels. I'm not a diabetic, and I don't want to become one. There is no way that I can say that this supplement is responsible for my great FBG or HbA1C numbers, but I do know there is a lot of positive research around ALA, so do your own research.
