This is the best salt I ever tasted.

DIAMOND CYSTAL SEA SALT comes in a 3.5oz. clear plastic grinder that's refillable. Although the salt tastes great, there is no mechanism to regulate the [advertised] crystal-sized coarseness of the salt. It's better suited for cooking, if you prefer more granulated salt on your plate. The coarse salt is not fragile enough to be crushed between the fingers to use as table salt.

This is a good sea salt. I like the fact that it’s mentioned that the salt is harvested on the shores of San Francisco Bay. Obviously though, the main feature of this is the grinder. It functions well and seems durable enough that it will last. The container is also refillable. It is labeled as course though and the grinder is not adjustable. However, you still end up with pieces of various sizes, from powder-like to somewhat large crystals. Because of this, some people might not find this product suitable to use as table salt.

Diamond Crystal Sea Salt is a quality salt with great flavor. It has a built-in grinder, so it is saving me money by not having to purchase one separately. The grinder is easy to use, and the best part is the unit is refillable. When ground the salt has a great consistency. I love that the crystals are smaller than those produced by other grinders I have used. If you like chunkier sea salt on top of your dishes instead of fine table salt, you'll like this. I love grating fresh cheese, or pepper, or sea salt for a finishing touch to a dish.This is nice because unlike my previous set up of having chunkier salt in a little dish on the counter/table where everyone put their fingers in it to get some salt, this stays more hygienic since no one's dirty hands touch the actual salt.The salt tastes like ... salt.No complaints, would get again.
