I use this every night, it helps me sleep much better and I wake up with much more energy, it has a great taste and easy to swallow. I put these drops under my tongue. They taste good enough. We'll have to see if they actually work after I get my next blood test.

Didn’t get too much energy from this and I used 4 entire droppers FULL directly in the mouth. I wanted to LOVE this esp cause I bought 2 bottles. SADLY,I get more energy from the cyanocabalamin tablets. That could be because my body is working so hard to eliminate the cyanide toxin or because the tablets claim over 40,000% B12. Whatever it is,I don’t really get much energy from this product. Perhaps I’m not deficient. The liquid is bright red and tastes like very sugary cherry.

I have tried a few Vitamin B-12s and have found this particular product to be very effective. It gives me a much-needed boost and tastes great. This one is definitely my go-too! :)
