Works perfectly as replacements on the steel series headset. I bought my headset about 8 years ago and it's still going strong. The only issue was that I have a small head and the headset is on the heavier side. Eventually my ear piece fell off on one side. Super glued it back on but eventually the puffy part just came off with speaker cover still on. These were able to fit over what remained and are much cheaper than buying a brand new $200 headset.

If you're someone who has an older Arctis 3 headset like me you're probably looking to replace the ear ciushions at some point vs paying for one of the newer headsets. My headset still works great, just needed new ear cushions due to longtime use. Found these here on Amazon for around the same price as the official ones, minus the $10 shipping charge they wanted that easily turned a $14 purchase into a $24.00 one. Anyway the point is I was looking to save a little cash for the moment and these seemed perfect.Ear cushions are comfortable enough, fabric feels a bit different on the cushions than the originals (I'd say the originals have a nicer feel) but not unpleasant. As other reviewers have said they do provide a better seal around your ear which is nice if you want to completely block out all sounds while gaming or listening to music/watching a movie. The only complaint I have about these cushions compared to using originals is that while listening to music or music in a game they sound *amazing*, the only downside is that for example, sound effects in some video games may sound very tinny or "far away" as I'll put it. I believe this is due to the cushions being a bit thicker than original cushions and thus your ears are not as close to the speaker of the headset so they don't sound as strong as before. Maybe that's just me, or I'm simply being picky but it is something I did notice compared to my originals. Perhaps with use over time the cushions will settle in and I'll notice it less but that is something to keep in mind if it's going to bother you.Overall these are a good choice when you're on a budget and want a similar enough feel to originals without paying for the extra cost of shipping on the official website. If you're super picky though do yourself a favor and order from the official store.

Went off other recommendations and couldn't be happier. Use them on XBOX headset to replace the OEM units that were faux leather and flaking off. These are 100% more comfortable, look great, and were easy to install. Highly recommend for the XBOX headset
