3/8" Click Torque Wrench, 5-45 Ft-Lb/6.8-61 Nm, Lightweight Aluminum

Very happy with this torque wrench. A big step up from my harbor freight tool for about the same price. Looks awesome and seems to be accurate. I was looking for a torque wrench, mainly for spark plugs but also for the miscellaneous small, chromed nuts and bolts on my motorcycle. I am fine with guessing on these with my cars but new parts for an older motorcycle are very expensive so i need to take extra care not to overtighten something and damage something else. I have been looking for a while and based on the reviews and the rankings this seemed to be a good start. I did expect I might have to try a few but i hit the gold mine on my first try. Excellent tool and fantastic customer service. All of my question received a reply on the same day. Very happy with this and i do highly recommend this to anyone looking for a torque wrench that will be more accurate at the lower torque settings.

GOOD WORKS

Use it for changing my oil to torque the plug and filter (canister type that needs proper torque). It is easy to set and use. Nice and light and compact (my 1/2" one is difficult in that tight space under car).

Ordered this to support changing diesel tractor glow plugs (which reportedly will break in the head if removal or installation torque exceeds 20 ft-lbs ). The description wasn’t clear whether the torque limit (click) function operates in both CW and CCW directions. I asked Rufus which said that it does. Upon receiving the wrench, the instructions say to only use the wrench for tightening (how to use step 4). It came with a printed accuracy certificate for the CW direction, but I’m assuming the exact same data is provided with every wrench. I decided to test the wrench in both directions using a gallon of water (8 pounds) hanging from a string and a short length of 1 inch pipe (to make the handle a full foot in length). Results show the wrench click functions in both directions and is slightly more sensitive than the setting (opposite what the certificate says). It will work fine for my purposes. Seems like a nice wrench and a lot lighter than my 1/2 inch wrenches.

I used this to rebuild an engine in my truck. Highly accurate, and works as it should. Comes in a nice protective plastic case.

Great for low torque aluminum

My favorite smaller torque wrench. It works great. Very compact and such a nice quality. Feels solid in the hands and easy to use with clear numbers. Great for smaller bolts. Works great in torque spark plugs and oil change bolts.

I have had no issue with this torque wrench, it’s small and versatile.

Excellent pour les petits torque. Fonctionne très bien.

Muy buena herramienta

Thought I was going to get a cheap part. I was pleasantly surprised when I received this torque wrenc It has pretty darn good quality and comes in a very nice hard case. I would recommend this torque wrench for the “ham and egger” mechanic. Nice.
