Nice and Easy to use card
Was migrated from American Express to US Bank. Smooth change over, clear communications, card points, card added to wallet super easy to shop, retained the credit limit.Statement from US Bank and their banking portal is not user friendly. Need to be a genius to understand it.

Awful Experience
After being unable to create a new account at USBank, I contacted customer service who unfortunately was not able to help me. I was really confused because my new card showed up pre-activated... ready to swipe and yet I'm unable to confirm my identity on their platform or through their customer service. I'm also unable to view my previous account with American Express or my previous statements for business purposes (that doesn't feel good). Because I was unable to login or work with customer service to get into my account I was somehow able to close the account, or at least that's what the customer rep told me. Super confused still and hopefully I don't get a random outrageous bill from collections in a year or so.I would advise people, especially family and friends to *NOT* obtain a prime business card. I didn't know Amazon would just move or change card providers (I bet its in the fine print though). The whole experience feels kind of slimy. I also don't have access to previous information through american express for the previous Prime Business Card. All in all find a different Credit Card!!!

No Joy with new US Bank Card - Can't enroll for automatic payment
Have spent two weeks and three calls to US Bank. Unable to enroll the new forced change credit card in their system. They are not able to help -- US Bank Customer Service can't figure out what's wrong. AMEX worked perfectly for several years. There is an issue with the new US Bank Amazon Business Prime Mastercard. It appears it works for purchases on Amazon, but I don't know what will happen when it's time to make the first payment.

Massive waste of time - AVOID!!!
Amazon unilaterally changed the provider from American Express to MasterCard forcing me to update payment information with all my vendors, and making my accumulated points inaccessible. This is supposed to be a small business card, but anyone who has ever been involved with small business knows that nobody has time for crap like this.FOLLOW UP: Amazon closed the original American Express account and transferred the balance to the new Master Card account. However, all the transactions listed (which is only about 30 days worth) are shown as having occurred on the same day. This means I'm going to have dozens of duplicated transactions when this gets imported into my accounting software, and since the original AmEx account is closed there is no way to review the original purchase history. What an absolute crap show

Payment method switch
My previous AMEX Amazon card was cancelled without my permission even though it expires in 2027. The new Amazon Mastercard was added to my account without my permission and charges from my past three ordered were charged to the Mastercard (which I have not activated) without my knowledge or authorization. Further I was not given the new Mastercard/US Bank account number prior to the card being added. On August 17 I received an email re Amazon’s “card swap”, saying I should have received it in mail by August 10, in a plain white envelope. If this plain white envelope arrived with the card by or before August 10 it was probably thrown out along with the junk mail because I was not notified before it was to arrive. SO I now have a huge mess to untangle w USBank that was not my making. How do I pay them the amount due from unauthorized Amazon charges when I can’t even give them the full card number? Once this is settled I am cancelling all payment methods with Amazon and will start using other vendors who do not cancel and change my payment methods without adequate notification. Fraud? Verging!

A Step Backward from the American Express Card
I was a longtime user of the Amazon Business American Express card and am disappointed with Amazon’s transition to the U.S. Bank Mastercard. The biggest issue for me is account management. I preferred the way American Express handled the account and do not like U.S. Bank’s centralized billing structure. For a small business, straightforward transaction tracking, reconciliation, and payment are more important to me than adding another credit card relationship. The transition itself also could have been handled better. My Amazon Business Amex account disappeared from my American Express online account while I still had current transactions and a balance to reconcile. Fortunately, I had previously downloaded my statements and reconciled the account, but customers should not have to worry about losing convenient access to their historical account information during an issuer transition.I use an Amazon-branded card only for Amazon purchases, so simplicity is particularly important to me. At this point, I expect to cancel the new U.S. Bank Business Mastercard. For me, the new card isn’t an improvement. It is a step backward.
