Back Pain Relief
Working great for my dad who has back problems. I got the size suggested for him and it fit perfectly. It does come with adjustable straps in case your size is slightly off and you need a little bit more but we didn't have to use it. It helps him feel more comfortable and give him added back support for a reasonable price.

Great back brace. Great materials use to provide the support as described. You can make it tight enough that final squeeze for support. It’s not a girdle. You don’t have to spend a lot for the support u need. Size is true to fit.

Really helped lower spine!
Disks in my lower spine are pretty bad, and I'm trying to put off surgery. Wearing this, even for only a few hours a day, made a big difference in my ability to stand straight and walk. Not only is it super adjustable, it came with AN EXTRA PIECE to expand the belt. So order your size per the chart. You can then adjust it down or add the extra piece as needed.

Needing good support for my lower back.
The back brace arrived on time and in excellent condition. Appears to be very well made, and light weight. Easy to put on and really secures in place. The very first day I wore it my back felt so much better. The days I wear it my back feels good the entire day I am working on projects. The day I didn't wear it my back hurt the entire day. Very pleased with this purchase.

Stable, acceptably comfortable, and a good value
The closure in the front is a bit too narrow. In order to get that good hug in the lower C and upper L region I had to really tighten it and the narrow Velcro straps were cutting into the stomach a bit more than I'd like. Wearing a good thick cotton shirt underneath it really helped, but during the summer, in 95Deg F heat makes that an impossibility while wearing another shirt on top of it. Passing out is not a good look. But otherwise, I thought the build and materials were of standard Chinese quality. Longevity is still something I can't rate, but let's see where it's at after 30 days. HSA eligible, which was nice, and it wasn't too expensive when compared to other offerings for this region of the back.
