So just to be clear, this presser foot is NOT compatible with the Singer 5400 Sew Mate?

I know it does not fit the Singer Selectra from the 1970's/80's. I don't know about the Singer Sew Mate.

Will this fit a Craft Mate machine?

I don't know, but I did want to tell you it was very small and almost impossible to use.

Will this fit my singer 6235?

The "Singer narrow rolled hem" presser foot is for a Low shank sewing machine and the Singer model 6235 is a Slant shank machine.
