I got this for making Pho- it is great. Stays together in the pot, holds a lot of herbs, worked really well. I highly recommend.

Have only used a few times so far, but love not having to strain or dig out all the items it can hold.

I consider myself an accomplished cook, so I have quite a few infusers. All different sizes and different mesh gaps, etc… that being said, I believe this is going to be my go to strainer from now on. It’s VERY roomy, and the mesh is wide enough to easy allowed fluids in an out, but not the spices, even the really small ones. The top screws on securely, and it is also easy to remove, but I am not worried about this thing coming apart during mid cooking. Perfectly designed. Recommended!

Great small parts container for my ultrasonic cleaner. Holds everything securely. Can be a bit finicky to get closed. Once it gets bent it probably won't work and more but for now it's great.

Chain broke on second usage, sending the enfuser, stuffed with tea, to the bottom of the sun tea pitcher.

I use this for a spice ball for soups and it holds so well!! Easy to open and close and easy to clean as well.

Good for boiling spices for tea, ect.
