Good Battery for the Money - But Installing It May Be a Big Challenge
I wanted to replace the CMOS battery in an older laptop I have. Thought this would be a fairly simple job. Wrong. While this was no fault of the replacement battery, installation, at least in my laptop model, is not for the faint of heart. I was able to successfully install this replacement battery and it works as it should. Surely a good value for the money and this battery's quality means it will likely long outlast my laptop. Just remember, if you're putting it in a laptop, connecting this battery may be quite a challenge.

Works, but I had to modify it.
The battery says it’s universal and fits most laptops, my Lenovo w540 must have fell outside of most. The battery still worked for me, but the plug was setup for the reverse polarity of the connector on my machine so I had to take the plug off and terminate it in the opposite direction. I can only give 4 starts because of the compatibility issue, I’d recommend a better description or list of out of the box compatibility.

Exact fit for Intel NUC D54250WYK1
This CMOS Battery is direct replacement for Intel NUC D54250WY [B andK1]. NUC CMOS batteries vary in lead lengths, 2-pin header plug spacings, and battery size. KTC pic is the old battery while LCELL is new install. Be sure to update the date and time in BIOS and then Save [F10] new setting.

battery connector different from PS2
As a retro game & console collector I ordered this due to needing to replace the cmos battery for my PS2. This is not for those who are not prepared for the possibility of having to splice wires or solder due to the battery connector not matching what is on the PS2 slim. pros: Battery fits the battery cutout & works good price cons: connector does not fit the PS2 slim board.
