Turns its self off!!
It keeps turning off and I have to unplug it all and wait 15mins in order for it to come back on this isn't good when working in a shop and customers wants receipts!

Missing important parts of the package.
The product was missing the USP wire and the CD drive also I read that it should come with one roll of paper and it did not really come with it.

I ordered the wrong product but later gave it to a friend. I was told its working perfectly. and certainly he will recoment it to his friends. especially the print came out very clear and are easy to read

I got a TM 88II ,compare 2 this one, it was very slow. This printer really fast, and the print quality is much better than TM88II

A bit pricey but....
a bit pricey but an excellent and very quick thermal printer. Set up is simple and a quick paper change equally fast...
