Will this rice cooker work with brown rice?

Absolutely! Just increase the water by a bit more, as brown rice is firmer and requires a bit more water. Trial and error is the secret. You will know your rice cooker after using it a couple of times.

is there teflon in the cooker?

The cooker is lined with a non stick coating and it probably is teflon

Is this product 220v?

On the bottom it says 120 V, 60hz. I like it btw, but can't figure out how to use the steamer.
