This is a great product. I have had other pill cutters and pill grinders, but this is the best one I have ever used. It is super easy to use and cuts pills, large and small with ease. There's also a cup for storing cut pills. It's very easy to grind pills of any size and the storage compartment is very convenient as well and it also comes with a brush so you can get all of the medicine. It's a great product especially for the price.

Purchased this to replace my old broken one from DT. I was skeptical to spend the few extra bucks but wow - this little thing is top in class! I'm baffled at how easily the pill crusher works!When you split a pill, it doesn't go flying off, it stays right there. Nice!I like the little storage containers and the little drinking container.ALL THUMBS UP on this product! (And pinkish/salmon color, how wonderful!)

This "combo device" really did the job for me. I have an older cat that is on medication, 1/2 tablet twice a day. I was cutting the pill with one device, crushing 1/2 between two spoons, and storing the unused 1/2 back in the original container. Obviously, I had to search for it later. Now, I can cut the tablet, evenly with the center guide line and smoothly, place 1/2 in the storage compartment and crush 1/2 easily. It works very well for me. If I have any issue, and it could just be me, I have a bit of a problem screwing the storage compartment back on to the main unit. Sometimes it takes a few tries before I can get the threads aligned properly. Again, it could just be me. For anyone that is dealing with cutting and crushing pills, I would definitely recommend this product.Follow up, 03/10/25: I would love to give this product 5 stars, but I just can't. I firmly believe there is a manufacturing issue. This product works so well for me, but this is my third one. The first purchase was replaced for free. The second unit also broke, but outside the return/replace window, so I just bought the third. I am a 145 pound, 84 year old man. I have issues trying to open almost anything with a screw top cap. I honestly don't believe that I am over tightening any of the sections when closing up/reassembling the components of the cutter. Again, I really like this product. It has really simplified medicating my elderly cat. Please see the attached picture. The break occurred in the same area on two.

This pill cutter is wonderful. I'm mad that i didn't purchase this a long time ago. It's crushed capability is great i take a large pill It's chewable tablet but it to thick. So I found t h is and I tried it omg this work great. I cut the pill that is on top, then I place it in the crusher and it turn into a power. Love it

Small and mighty! Has pill splitter with silicone mat to keep pill from sliding, the grinder is flat on both sides so no "digging around" to crush pills, crushes pills easily, has brush to clean crusher, a space to hold pills and even a little cup!!I am recovering from bilateral jaw joint replacement and need my pills crushed. I tried the cheap one from hospital and it was a struggle to actually crush the pills. I bought an electric one and that turned pills to dust! Settled on this one and only "complaints" are 1. Pill dust accumulates on grinder but the little brush works well enough to clean it out and 2. I ordered pink but it's more of a dusty beige color. But it works really well so I don't care! Wish I'd found this right before surgery! The design makes crushing easy and I have RA/AS in my hands and wrists.

It's not waterproof whatsoever. It has those horrifying grooves. In it that you'll never get all your meds out. Unless every time you use it, you um. Run under water and add that to your beverage.
