Seasonal comedy drama directed by Malcolm D. Lee. The film follows a group of friends as they reunite over the holiday season after 15 years apart. Novelist Harper Stewart (Taye Diggs) is experiencing a great deal of worry about his career after losing his job at NYU. To make matters worse, his wife Robyn (Sanaa Lathan) is pregnant with their first child, adding a great deal of stress to the already precarious situation. When the couple and the rest of their college friends are invited to professional football player Lance (Morris Chestnut)'s house to spend Christmas together, relationships are tested as a number of old rivalries and romances begin to rear their heads...

feelgood follow up
enjoyed this much more than I expected. I loved The Best Man and this is the long awaited follow up about a group of friends. Very real, great cast, great script - it just worked! Why can't more movies about friendship and relationships be like this ..... would happily now watch both movies again!

This is a sequel to Best Man and again
This is a sequel to Best Man and again, I loved it. It has a more emotional impact due to one of their member getting sick, which is done well without any cheesiness or pull at the heart strings. The acting is very good and all characters likable with their own personalities and not subsumed by actors who are more well known. If you want a feel good/bittersweet movie this is for you. Enjoy.

Fantastic movie and not just for Christmas :-)
This movie is relevant to guys and girls - you'll laugh, cry, laugh some more and then cry again! Even the guys! make sure your tissues are ready ... all I have to say is... "Can You Stand The Rain?" :-) :-) 5 stars!! p/s it would help to watch The Best Man Movie first and I know Amazon has a good deal for it :-)

Make sure you watch the best man first!
One of my favourite movies! Can watch over and over again but can't cry so many times so limit myself to once a year! Ha ha
