I need to be more CONSISTENT when using this, but its simple to use and it seems legit! Was reading about light therapy devices and found this: "“Effective red light therapy typically uses wavelengths between 630–660 nanometers (nm), and near-infrared therapy ranges from 810–850 nanometers,” says Dr. Shipman. “These penetrate the skin at different depths to stimulate collagen or improve inflammation.” For blue light, you’ll need a device that uses 415 nanometers. Dr. Shipman recommends opting for FDA-cleared devices that openly state their wavelength and clinical data."

I bought this red light therapy device after seeing it on TikTok, and I’m really impressed! It’s easy to use, feels relaxing, and my skin already feels a bit more refreshed. WARNING!!! I have tried the red light and the blue light on a friend’s back for acne. I split the back down the middle and tried the red light on the entire back and the blue light on half of the back. The very next day, the part of the back with both lights most definitely had many of the pimples’ puss right near the top. I’ll repeat that. Literally, the very next day after trying the red and blue lights for the very first time, the part of the back with both the red and blue lights had pimples ready to pop. It almost seemed that you could scrape off the puss part (sorry for being gross but the puss was in tiny packages right neatly at the surface of the skin). I actually just popped the pimples the way I always had…and like 7-9 were ready to pop. Usually 0-1 are ready a day and rarely if ever 2. I repeat…with the red and blue light treatment, ALL THE PIMPLES ON THE RIGHT SIDE AFTER ONE DAY WERE READY TO POP!! I should have taken an upclose photo, but you get what I mean. YOU COULD HAVE JUST SCRAPED THE PUS RIGHT OFF THE TOP!! Well, I pushed on the pimples and got them all cleaned up. Then I noticed something peculiar…my finger prints had left red marks…much redder than normal. Everywhere that I pressed, the skin was so red. In fact, I was SOOO careful to not try anything but the red light (more studied) on his face as we had the luxury to try it on his back FIRST! WELL, I CANNOT RECOMMEND USING THE BLUE LIGHT AS IT LEFT LASTING redness on the skin pressed around where the pimples were! I began questioning if it was also an issue on the red only side. Well…I had then attempted to press on a pimple (that wasn’t ready) just to compare. I had thought it was the blue light that had caused the redness…but wanted to test my hypothesis. So I pushed on the side that only had red light. Unfortunately, as I only have my memory to draw off of, I can’t say for sure, but the red there lasted a bit longer than usual, but it faded…whereas the blue side most definitely had long lasting redness where pushed. My hypothesis is that the blue light makes the connections between skin molecules weak…which can cause the pimple’s puss to rise so quickly, but it also allows pressures to be much more damaging and the red spots from finger pressures to last. It’s definitely not studied enough scientifically, but my test was well enough practical and scientific for my curiosity. Now…my friend wanted all the pimples up, so I did the blue light (only on his back) on the other side now and tomorrow when I go to remove the puss, I’ll get tweezers or something and just break the skin right off the very top. Also, I plan to devise a product that will help get puss up but not hurt the surrounding skin. Wish I could go into details but am working on a patent at this point. Sorry, ya’ll.
