Yes, definitely. I've do it regularly. OR, you may simply paint the 'light' in the colour required and THEN place a small blob of Krystal Klear over the top of the dried colour. Remember, it's opaque when applied but dries clear.

Microscale Krystal Klear is not meant to be a glue I think. It's used to create a glass window effect for model windows. I have used it for model airliner cabin windows in 1/144 scale. However it depends on the size of area to be "windowed" whether it would be effective on anything in 1/32 scale. PVA glue is a common choice of adhesive for gluing in clear plastic windows and aircraft canopies. Krystal Klear is very good stuff. When applied it's a milky white colour but turns clear when it's dried.
