This cup is so much better looking in real life. I didn't think it would be anything special, but it has a really sleek design and is taller than my original mugs (I included photos for comparison). The strainer (I feel) is what you would get at places like Teavana. It is nice and big and can fit a good amount of loose leaf tea in it. I was concerned that the design could be peeled off because it was a vinyl decal, but it is adhered on there very well and doesn't appear to be going anywhere real soon. Vinyl decals actually last for a really long time.This would make a great gift for sure. The packaging did come in a little different than the Amazon photos, but the seller did make it clear in the descriptions that this could happen. Definitely a great buy, especially since I love anything that has to do with tea, The lid is also great because you can just place it on top so the heat doesn't escape while your tea is soaking.

This is a perfect tea cup for the office. The handle is large and fits well in my hand. It's a good size portion of tea. I love the stainless steel difuser, and the heart (love tree) design makes me smile every time I look at it. It's easy to just drop in my favorite tea leaves or even a bag, and pour in hot water from the break room dispenser. The only reason I gave it 4 stars is because the lid gets too hot to handle, and there is no rim to get a good grip with.

Update...lowered to 4 stars. The infuser part of this cup is in 2 pieces (by design). This has been a problem when dumping out tea leaves. Sometimes the bottom of the metal infuser pops out and is difficult to get back in place.Love this infuser cup. Holds just the right amount of tea. The infuser is deep enough that if you want to make a smaller amount of tea, you can (about 2/3 full and the tea will still infuse). Love having a lid/coaster so my desk doesn't get annoying tea drips everywhere. I do love the zebra design, but wish there were some more colorful designs to choose from as well.

This is the third "tea cup" I've purchased looking for my go-to daily container. This one is perfect, for both coffee and tea. The mesh strainer is fine enough for any variety of loose leaf tea and the lid keeps the tea cozy while it steeps and a little saucer on which to place the strainer when you remove it. It also works for freshly-ground coffee, kind of like a French press. My favorite feature is that this holds just over 2 cups of liquid -- just what I want for a morning experience without having to get up and refill. Coffee stays hot, the handle is comfortable for my hand, and it has a high-gloss surface that is easy to clean - doesn't stain. Bonus feature is that it's really cute :)

This is a huge mug! The handle fits my whole fist....granted, I have a small hand but I think a man's hand would fit comfortably in the handle. The mug holds 3 cups of liquid so I don't have to refill my cup to get my morning's allotment of coffee. & it sets on my cup warmer just fine. I ordered this to just get a holiday mug for St. Patricks Day for fun. I'm not a big tea drinker, but the tea strainer sits into the top of the cup like the picture. It has a fine mesh strainer, so will be perfect... so I'm keeping it.... just in case.

I’ve order this mug twice. First order looked great but when I used it the first time I found a hairline crack in the mug. Returned and ordered a second one. This one has the feathers coming off right out of the box. I retuned both mugs at the same time. Seller said they would send a replacement at no charge but I haven’t received it and it’s been almost 2 weeks.I’m not able to find any information on line about the replacement.....was it shipped, is it still pending, etc.I also purchased another tea mug that didn’t have any design on it and that one was fine and I’ve it. I just would li,e my replacement feather mug or more information on its status.

These are SO pretty! I use loose leaf tea several times a week! Theses are so great I bought two more, cuz one is always needing to be washed! I gifted one to a friend and she loves it too! I love that it holds 18 oz (I think that’s the size) so I can brew a big cup to make iced tea. We both hate mugs with small handles, and these are great in that area, easy grip! I love the lids! Keeps the brewing hot, and it’s a place to sit the basket when done brewing! Will always purchase these!Ohhhh, wait till you see the great box they come in....it’s pretty and very giftable!! Can’t go wrong here!

NOTE- no replacements have been sent after over a month-DISAPPOINTED with this seller!!!Was so excited to receive these mugs. They worked great, steeped the tea perfectly & the lids were ideal for placing the strainer on. We were using them 3 or 4 times a day for a cuppa tea. & yes, we hand wash & dry them carefully each time. BUT WHILE HAND WASHING THEM THIS AFTERNOON, I NOTICED A CRACK AT THE BOTTOM OF THE MUG. ON CLOSER INSPECTION - THE CRACK HAS TRAVELED UP THE MUG TO THE ALMOST THE TOP. NOT GOOD!!!! SO, I CHECKED THE OTHER MUG - IT TOO HAS A LONG CRACK THAT GOES HALFWAY UP THE MUG. Is this a manufacturing problem or did I just happen to get two factory rejects? Wish I could recommend the mug but I cannot in good conscience! ;-(

I bought this for a present for my Aunty, as I never know what's best to get. When I saw this and knowing she uses a mug several times a day for her Tea, I thought this was a great idea. When it arrived, I was very pleasantly surprised at the build quality, as it is nice porcelain and each part fit's together well. I cannot recommend this higher. My Aunty loves it and great present sorted. I just need to decide what I'm getting her next. The bar is raised :)

Nice mug overall, with pretty design. Infuser fine enough to handle small tea leaves well and easy to clean out after use. Keeps drink nice and hot. Only small issue is the weight ... very heavy cup when empty and heavier when full. Mug itself tends to stain and is difficult to clean. Great purchase for the price though - I am very happy with it!

Your browser does not support HTML5 video.  Firstly I would like to start off by saying that this mug had such a pretty design and looks even better in person, the material of this mug is very very high quality and came packaged very safely to avoid damage. On the other hand the Product is quite pricey and wouldn’t be reccomened if you are looking for a generic mug/cup.

Beautiful design. Nice handle.But totally USELESS as a cup!Cracked wide open the 4th time I poured hot water in to it!Boiling water went everywhere.If they don't know how to kiln pottery so that it doesn't break when you put hot water in to it, they should not be in this business!Absolutely disgusted.ACTUALLY UNSAFE in the home.This product should be withdrawn!

Beautiful mugs, very comfortable and easy to use. Great customer service, sent me a new mug when the strainer Broke after 7 months. This is my favourite mug and im very happy with everything, just as a person trying to produce less waste, I would suggest bigger focus on the durability of the strainer. I'd rather it never broke. Having said that, of course I appreciate the replacement I got.
