Well it's been 6 months and the cup is still in one piece being i gifted it to my teen daughter for her graduation and she hasn't broken it yet and it pretty washable even when she leaves chocolate milk stains on the cup for like 2 days the film washes off quick no need for abrasive. I need to order one for my iced coffees.

I got this cup for teacher appreciation week and it's super cute except for the fact that the lid does not close well. I've bought similar cups in the past and I love how this one has rubber or silicone around the straw insert to aid in spills if the cup topples over. It also hugs the straw so it's not spinning around. It has a very cute message that is clear and spelled correctly - my only negative is the bad seal of the lid. I tried to push it down several times and it kept popping up (you can see in my photos). So unfortunately I can only give 4 stars due to the lid issue and I hope my child's teacher doesn't notice.
