Is this flexible ie can I bend it?

Hi Thank you for your enquiry. The material will have a certain degree of flex depending on the sheet size. We would recommend ordering a small sample first for you to check if this would be suitable for your requirements. Does opal mean translucent?

Translucent would be a better description of this product, it is white in appearance allows light to pass through but cannot be seen through. I have used it to diffuse a light source and for this purpose it works well.

how to glue it on the wood frame?

I drilled mine and used pop rivets to attach it to some aluminium
