KVM is working but when using the remote, switching between computers takes about three seconds to display video. Is this what others experience?

Hello, it takes approximately 2-5 seconds for the KVM to switch between computers. Different computer configurations require different times, which is normal.

Is the power adapter 110-220? or only 110v?
