Great product.installation agency asked for charges for the material which is already included in the product price. later when complained, refunded back the amount.

Reviewing the chimney after one month of usage. No complaint regarding the functionality. While ordering it is mentioned that the installation kit is free but at the time of installation the service member charged for the kit. So that I have registered a complaint for refund. Finally the installation kit amount was refunded now. Satisfied with the product and also with the customer service.
