I absolutely loved this product! Displayed the candles at my home entry for a Halloween party and it looked ICONIC. Assembly is a bit tricky so I recommend cutting a little plastic off the top of the candle to make passing the nylon through easier. Amazing effect! Worth it purchase!

These are so magical! I love the sleek design of he candles and when they're turned on they give off a flickering light that looks real. They were easy to hang and while yes they require a lot of batteries, only one per candle is def worth it. We only hung half so far around the tree at Christmas time but I cant wait to hang the rest maybe in another room! These would be prefect for Harry Potter fans and themed parties. I'm honestly leaving mine up all year round! The remote works perfect and all candles out of the box worked great. Easy to hang and the ceiling dots stick perfectly, we didn't have any fall even with a textured ceiling.My one critique is I wish the the ceiling dots they came with weren't a closed hook but an open hook. That way if you need to take them down you can just leave the clear line wrapped around the candle with a loop to hook back into the ceiling later. Unfortunately now you have to remove the whole dot or cut the wire and retie them up to the ceiling later.

Update: I contacted the seller who sent me a PDF of how to fix the wand and offered to send a new wand if that didnt work. The PDF was very helpful and did partially fix the wand, but I opted to get a replacement option anyway. I am impressed with the seller and love this product. They look and work great!I purchased this product last year and loved them! The wand needed to be held very specifically to get the candles to work but that was okay. This year I replaced the battery and tried to use them and the wand remote will not turn the candles back on. Shame on me I hung them from 16 foot ceilings so now I have to figure out how to get them down as there doesnt seem to be an option for a replacement remote/wand. I would love some customer support to solve this as I want these to work!

I ended up buying 2 (a pack of 20 and a pack of 10) great quality, amazing ambiance, it truly makes the room feel magical! And the wand remote, such a nice touch! I added some in my room and used the rest to decorate the house for s harry potter theme party. These last a long time and are easy to assemble/put together.

These floating candles are so great! The wand works seamlessly to turn the candles on and off and it definitely adds fun for kids to be involved. As far as assembly goes- it takes time but it is really easy so we don’t have any complaints, turn on a good show and you’ll be surprised how fast you can get it done! We’ve had ours on every night for hours for a month and the batteries are holding on strong, I’m surprised by that given the amount of light they emit! It’s the perfect Fall, cozy vibe we were wanting.

Revised: The company contacted me and gave me troubleshooting to make the wand work. It works now and my daughter loves her gift now. Great customer service. I would buy again.Extremely disappointed. We got it all set up and the wand doesn’t work. Since it was a gift the return policy expired.

These are fun and whimsical, but make no mistake you will not be handing these down to your great grandchildren. It's a little work to hang them, but not horrible. For the time that someone is engrossed in the magic that is Harry Potter, totally worth the purchase. Each candle uses a AA battery, so 20 AA battery and a couple for the wand. They are a bit of a battery hog and you will find yourself conserving their use, unless your AA battery budget is larger than mine. So fun, but probably not the most environmentally friendly purchase you could every make. It does bring a little of the magic into your home -- and that might be worth every penny right now!

Easy installation (when you get past the tediousness of tying the string around each candle) and very decent brightness. The wand for us works well, although at times I’ve needed to press the on/off button multiple times while aiming at the candles for the sensors to catch. The only eerie thing about these is random candles will turn on sporadically throughout the day and turn off on their own. No rhyme or reason. Ironically enough, this started on November 1st, when the Day of the Dead is officially celebrated and your ancestors are venerated. We set up an altar every year. Could it be a manufacturing malfunction? Or something spookier?
