This year has been a difficult one for my eldest who is 16, he has not been able to go out with his friends and exercise, most of this is done playing rugby. He came to me and complained that he felty he was losing his touch and muscle memory as he just wasn't getting that intense training session he craved, so i had to do something about this. We've started changing his room around to incorporate a load of exercise equipment for him including this bench.He has chosen each one himself and says that this is really comfortable when in use as well as very versatile (not his exact words but you probably wouldn't want to try to decipher what he said anyway). We already had a load of weight which have now come in really useful, it's now time to continue adding to it.

This is good for a child maybe, certainly not for an adult. The leg curls resistance is just pointless, nothing there at all, it was very clunky and rattly. The rollers material was sticky and poor quality. Spend an extra £100 and get something stable and suitable.

Hi everybody just to let you or any potential buyers know that this is a fantastic piece of gym equipment, very sturdy and can improvise on this by doing many different exercises. What I particularly found impressive was the 'massage' effect on your back from the foam covered rollers when you do abdominal sit ups. However the instructions given were in my opinion useless, flawed and confusing so I figured out the assembly myself and it doesn't take too long. Well worth the money especially if you're like me, a keep fanatic and have no idea when the gyms will be opening.

Sturdiness of the machine is not great . Bought for my son, he can only do abs and arm exercise as he's 5 foot 12 in height . The machine does not extend out enough for him

Good for crunches however wires for other exercises are not very much stable

hi although the product is good the instructions on how to put it together were so small and hard to understand that i gave up in the end and assembled it without using the instructions by looking at you tube videos on the product and how other people put it together.the product is very good and was received quickly so i would recommend the product and the seller again :-)

This is definitely the one we need, have gained weight during lockdown, used this one for a week now , it is working great with us ,twice a day, So happy to see our weight is reducing. Because my husband and me both using it ,and we have quite different heights , so need to adjust the position every time ,once we know how to adjust , It is really easy to do it. Be Very delightful with this product. Recommend to who needs to do abdominal exercises at home like us .

The bands for both the arm and leg exercises are so weak, that you cannot get a decent workout. Even my wife could pul cords to full stretch with no effort. A small child would not have a problem working out on this. Needs much more resistance

Just put the ab machine together and it was actually fairly simple. The instructions were absolutely no help AT ALL. The instructions were a bunch of pictures that you couldn’t really tell what they were doing. There were a lot of pieces already put together so it was pretty explanatory what went where. If I could figure it out, so can you!

The item was completely a mess when I opened the box it came in. Could have better assembly instructions. found it almost impossible to see the pictures of parts, even when put together it was wobbly. If you are tall,or long legged it is not a good fit. overall not so great.

Took a little time to get adjusted to it , with gas prices as you all know I work out at home no waiting stay on it as long as needed , love it .

Okay pictures say a thousand words... These are pictures taken immediately of the assembled after unboxing... uh, yeah.It has potential, but repair and the level of cleanup required is NOT what I expect from ANY product delivered to my door as "new".That being said let's look at it.The chemical melting of the styrofoam beads into the front plastic feet is concerning.The stain on the seat is completely unknown, I am praying that it is chemical not biological.The spring tensioner rods cannot hold against all 6 included springs without BENDING!- And 6 is way overkill, the 2 work just fine and still are flexing the support rods... not sturdy.I will have to retap the threads on one of the ends as it was not done properly. Like they ran a dull tool only halfway on.In the leg lift pivot hinge, you see how sloppy loose the arms are? This was pre-assembled like this, I think adding a couple of panel washers will greatly increase it's stability and sturdiness.I am 6'2", and purchased this to assist in my surgery recovery. After the weird seat stain issue is resolved I will check the fit if it's tall enough for me. I put a ruler on it with the head rest at max so you can evaluate it for yourself.Final conclusion: This is a cheaply made bench. I mean it has great design promise, but it was made as cheaply as possible. All expenses were spared in factory packaging and shipping. No really, not a typo, even the ziplock bag was ripped open in 2 places and contents were loose in the box.So if you are mechanically inclined, this is a great project piece to upgrade... but if you expect a finished "new" usable product, you will be disappointed.

The product is easy to assemble yourself. After putting it together, I immediately started using it! It’s only been a few days and I’m waiting to see results soon.
