After reading tons of detailed reviews, I decided to give this little guy a try. Got it same day, charged overnight. And was so excited about how well it cleaned my hard to reach windows that I told at least a dozen of my friends about it. Reviewing this was a journey however, as the original machine malfunctioned just like the others have mentioned in the comments - red blinking light, loud beeping, and not a working machine. But after my initial review the company was nice enough to reach out to me and fix the issue. I was sent another working robot. And have already tested it out today. So here's a few things you should know about: 1. It does a really good job cleaning my windows. 2. The seller is extremely responsive and nice to communicate with in case of an issue. 3. It is loud, but works fast, so it's tolerable. 4. This one is super important. Make sure it is ALWAYS connected to an outlet when it's working. If it plugs out, it may malfunction. That's what happened to my initial robot. But I did pull the cord enough to that little box to get unplugged for a second today, but this new machine did not malfunction because of being without power for 30 seconds until I plugged it back in. 5. I can't figure out how to work the spray nozzle, but just like the manual says - I do 1-2 sprays of window cleaner directly onto the fabric before placing the robot onto the window, and it is just enough. My windows were extremely dirty after all the LA rains this year and the dust after, but the only time I had to run the robot twice on the same window was when the fabric got dirty after cleaning a few windows. Overall, I so highly recommend!

It’s cool, but don’t count on it to clean your windows. It only uses a few drops of water for a massive window, that’s not because it’s efficient. It’s rather due to the fact that this thing is basically a very good vacuum machine! Not a window cleaner. And you have to waste time attending to it unlike an iRobot where you leave it to do its thing. It wastes time and doesn’t clean well…

I have windows that you push up on and they come out. Not so much any more as my house has settled over the years and I have gotten older. This Window Cleaning Robot has been a life saver. I have a large bay window that I cannot reach from the ground (split level house) and would have to hire someone to wash it for me, just to have it rain and have to do it all over again. This worked so well on both my regular windows and my bay window--inside and out. I was worried about the suction, but it performed like a champ. Not sure how it will work in the winter (Wisconsin) but I don't really wash my windows then any way. I have had my eye on this cleaner and when it was listed for 50% off, I jumped at it and so happy I did.

Saw this pop up in my feed as a special offer and decided to give it a go on a whim. We have over 50 windows in our home and the last time they were all washed was I think by the builder in 2003, outside of a random few internally over the years. They were Nasty (with a capital N, Nasty). I have had this for a month or so now and the more I use it the more I want to use it. Its not without its quirks (window corners are out obviously, the spray system I can only get to work with the app, the safety cable is on the wrong side of the unit for windows with a ledge (it should be on the top side) or it will smash off the ledge if it falls. Sometimes it has a mind of its own and randomly shuts off (it actually just shut off and fell off of my outside window in my home office while I was writing this...hit the rubber mulch so all is good this time). This is my second unit. First one had issues and amazon replaced it. I cant say i trust it for the long haul, so I did get the third party extended warranty. I wouldn't but it again without it either..... The plus side is that I can go about my day and let it do its thing, outside of getting up every five minutes or so to either restart it or move it. My windows are cleaner than they have been for the last 21 years we lived here and everyone notices it too. I am learning how to use it still. I have found that if I run it twice it seems to minimize and remove most of the swirl marks that can be visible in the right lighting conditions sometimes. Sure its my fault from never cleaning my window and the buildup of "stuff". The pads do need to be changed every 5-10 windows for my house, which is easy to do. There are two big downsides to me: the safety cable design and the wash system. To be honest I dont use the cable as often as I should, but there is no way to use it on my inside windows because the cable tethers to the part of the unit that always faces downward during operation. For it to clean the windows it needs enough cable for the bottom side to go to the bottom of the window. If it lets loose with it tethered as it should it smashes off of the windows sill (my first unit...). I zip tie holder on top with the cable locked to it would probably fix it but its annoying and only partially functional. Its good for outside of the house. The only way to tell if the spray system is on is through the app, and its only partially successful as it seems to reset more often than not after each window and needs to be force restarted. Some type of a led on the front to let you know its engaged would be helpful. I hope this holds up for the long run. I do like it and short of spending a fortune to hire someone to do all of our windows they would not get done without it. I am really enjoying being able to see clearly outside of our house now too. Overall a win even with the necessary design improvements needed. If you are the type of person that obsesses over every spot, this might not be for you. If you dont have time to worry about the child boogers on your window, you might have a winner with this.

I live on the 16th floor of a high rise apartment building and to clean the outside of my windows was not an easy chore and something that I did not look forward to. So when I saw this window robot, I thought I’d give it a try. The instructions were a bit confusing, but after I figured out what to do, I tried cleaning one outside window pane. To my surprise, although not perfect, the overall results were amazingly good. I would highly recommend this product for anyone who lives/works in a high rise building primarily to clean the outside of windows (for inside windows, using windex with a rag is a lot faster than using the robot). Update: I’ve used this item 3 times since I purchased it and the sprayer STILL doesn’t work, no matter what I do. It probably would work better if the sprayer was working, that’s why I took off two stars.

At first, I was very anxious to put it outside because if it drop thank God it’s got a rope on it, but I put it to one side I held it. I turned on the button it sucked to the window. I just was careful with the cords outside, give it plenty of room and it cleaned the outside of my window like Perfect and people say oh a glass cleaner and a squeegee. I’m not going out there 18 floors up, buddy this thing fixed everything I wanted the building washed the windows. They didn’t add any kind of rain or whatever it rained again in the spot of the windows terribly this thing is beautiful. I couldn’t believe how clean it made the windows people talk about the squirting ability. You can also manually squirt it so I think this sings a miracle and I don’t care if I have to watch it hold it whatever I am not going 18 floors outside to clean my windows and you can control it very well and bring it right back to the side of the window so you can hold it. Turn it off and take it off. It is a brilliant idea so thank you.

I learned a lot from my Roomba, like it’s okay if it’s not perfect as long as it cleans everyday it will eventually get everything. That was my intended use for this device. My house has normal number of windows in the bedrooms and some glass doors leading back to the patio. The robot was unable to handle any window on its own. It stops half way and I have to hit restart multiple times in a single window. Can’t really have it start a window and go get a glass of water because I’ll come back and discover that it only cleaned a quarter of the window. It’s a neat concept, one wheel primarily cleans and one buffs but because of it’s design there were portions of the window it was unable to ever reach like anything at the top of the window and was only so so on the edges. All in all it does what it’s designed to do just not what I expected it to. This device would be best if you physically can’t clean a window like if it’s too high off the ground for example. But it is not a better way to clean windows in any sense. Not cleaner, not easier, not faster.

I wasn't sure this would work!!! The reviews were pretty good so I decided to give it a try. It is a game changer for me. I have a hard time cleaning the windows in the video. I will say you can not put much product on the pads to clean and you have to change them frequently. However it comes with several pads, so you can finish the job before having to put them in the wash. You do have to hang out close by to make sure it is doing what you want it to. On the upper windows I would have to change the direction sometimes. I didn't have to do that as often on the lower windows. I would definitely purchase this again!! It's not as good as a robot vac but it gets the job done!

Il robottino è perfetto per pulire ogni superficie. Io ho pulito vetri (interni ed esterni), specchi, porta della doccia (il mio è un vetro liscio). Ho.provato anche a pulire il pavimento del balcone e ha funzionato. Ha un buon potere di pulizia. Se il vetro è particolarmente sporco, meglio fare 2 passate e spruzzare il prodotto pulente a mano (io l'ho fatto solo su un vetro). Adatto anche per pulire i vetri esterni scorrevoli, che altrimenti non sapevo come pulire. Con 150 ml ho pulito 18 vetri (1 passata sola per vetro). Direi che è ottimo. Unica nota che non si capisce bene dalla descrizione ne dalle istruzioni: va solo se è attaccato alla corrente. La necessità di ricaricarlo è solo per una minima carica che serve per sicurezza.

Je suis enchanté de ce petit appareil! Je suis une personne âgée, et pour moi le lavage des vitres extérieures était rendu impossible; jusqu'à l'arrivée de ce robot. Oui, il n'est pas très rapide, mais je suis moins pressé que je l'étais! Oui, il peut avoir de la difficulté avec les taches les plus rebelles: mais il y a plein de trucs à découvrir comme par exemple d'envoyer un jet de savon à vitre sur la tache juste avant l'arrivée du robot... Cela règle le problème très facilement. Il me faut également mentionner la qualité du service après-vente de cette compagnie: vous leur écrivez et ils vous répondent de manière détaillée dans les 24 heures: c'est merveilleux. Je voulais savoir entre autres pourquoi ils nous interdisent d'ajouter quelque produit lave-vitre que ce soit à l'eau que l'on met dans l'appareil: ils m'ont expliqué que c'est à cause des résidus qui vont inévitablement s'accumuler dans le réservoir avec le temps, compte tenu que c'est un appareil que l'on n'utilise pas à tous les jours. Je recommande!

Ich finde den Roboter ganz toll und bin mit dem Kauf absolut zufrieden. Was gibt's zu beachten? 1. Der Roboter macht seine Arbeit langsamer, als du selbst. Fensterputzen ist nicht mein Ding, deswegen ist es für mich OK, und das Ergebnis ist ganz gut. 2. Für mein Balkon brauchte ich einen Verlängerungskabel. 3. "Lappen" sollte man rechtzeitig auswechseln/ waschen, sonst wird es schmieren. 4. Es ist besser, das ganze Prozess zu beobachten und den Roboter im Bedarfsfall zu korrigieren. Passiert nicht oft, auf den großen Fenstern kann aber passieren. Insgesamt ist es eine gute Hilfe, ich bin sehr zufrieden.
