CHEFMADE 12 Cups Brownie Pan

Initially purchased one for myself. I makes the best brownies, and the difference from previously using a 13 x 9 pan is not even close. Each of these individual brownies made with this Chefmade brownie pan are perfect in texture and the perfect serving size. The pan is very good quality, non-stick is good, and cleans up easily. My sister-in-law wanted one and my daughter did as well. So I ordered 3 more - one for each of them as a Christmas gift and then another to keep for a future gift for someone if needed. Yes, this is a brownie pan but the difference in quality of the baked brownies is worth purchasing. I may try baking chocolate chip cookies to see how they turn out in this pan as well as small individual cakes. FYI - I learned that you do not adjust the baking time from what is suggested for a 13 x 9 pan. For me the easiest way to remove the brownies is with a plastic knife going around the sides. I also use a very small spatula. Again, clean up is easy and I hand wash the pan just to make sure that it will last for years. I highly recommend, and my purchasing 3 more after my initial purchase says it all.

I like crunchy sides on my brownies and now I can bake individual brownies. Pan itself is well made. Love it.

I bake a lot, and I now have several of these Chefmade pans: muffin, mini muffin, perforated bread, popover, financier, canele, straight sided muffins (so hard to find this shape!), etc. They are all fantastic. I like them so much I'm planning to buy another style every month or two and get rid of all other pans! They seem small out of the box, but the volume of each cavity in every pan has been exactly right. So happy with the hefty box packaging so they don’t come mangled once Amazon throws them in unlined plastic shipping envelopes. They are just the right weight pans, sturdy without being too-too heavy, they clean up beautifully, and they’re so pretty. Sometimes they are on super sales for Prime Days too. Hooray for Chefmade.

If you are looking for the perfect financier molds these are it! I love them. It is tiny but any bigger would not be a financier. I am obsessed with matcha financiers from Maison Kitsune so I decided to make my own and boy I am happy to have found these molds. They work well, easy to clean, bake evenly, pop off so easily. Not sticky whatsoever.

Top notch construction with perfectly uniform squares. Truly heavy duty, the metal is thick and will not bend or twist like thin aluminum tins. The anodized finish is even, and all the edges and surfaces are burr-free. I have many of these being used every day in a busy specialty kitchen.

I really try not to buy it and made in China, but I was in a hurry and Amazon could fill in the required time frame. This pan is sturdy and has not warped I am happy with the purchase. The box said it may have been made outside the US, but did not specify where.

These are fantastic for brownies! We could only do about half a batch per pan so I finally broke down and bought a second one so we can do them all at once. I was worried about how the pan would hold up, especially with all the lips around the edges of the cups but so far it has been great and come completely clean every time. I think the most telling thing is that I wanted to see how they stacked for storage (which actually way better than I expected, see picture) and I literally couldn't tell side by side which was the new one and which one we'd had for eight months. I think this the only piece of nonstick bake-ware that I've ever had which didn't end up with some type of permanent stains after a few uses. The other picture show the two side by side - one brand new out of the box and the other has been used about a dozen times since November. For the nonstick, I think you could probably not use any grease/oil but we've always sprayed them (air powered pump sprayer, NOT aerosol!) with olive oil before filling.

I am so happy I purchased this brownie pan. My husband and I love the crust around all the sides of brownies. It was very easy to get them out of the pan. Actually I turned it on the side and some fell out. The only thing is that I have to be better at filling the pan as I was not too neat but an easy wipe with a paper towel did the trick. We also like the smaller portions. I had brownies in the oven shortly after the pan was delivered. Now looking to see what else I can make, maybe cornbread. Buy it as you will not be sorry!
