KUNN Men's 1.5 inch Adjustable Y Back Suspender,Elastic Hook End Suspenders

Bit of background: My stepfather is 87 years old and being this old he doesn't eat much; weighing maybe a 110lbs. Weighing as little as he does he has zero butt and zero gut thus no matter how tight he gets his belt there's nothing to actually grab on to to keep his pants up. The man was continuously pulling them up. They have actually fallen down walking into Walmart, standing up after eating at our local Cracker Barrel, and after sneezing while waiting in line at the bank. The poor guy even has trouble carrying his lunch from the kitchen to the table without them dropping down on him. Fortunately, he when his pants have accidentally dropped, his tidy whiteys have been both tidy and very whitey (he bleaches them). Now, on to my review: When I first gave them to him he wasn't impressed with them only because the others he has (the traditional clip-on the actual pant ones) are difficult for him to use. He's literally come out of his room with one side of his pants several inches shorter on one side. I purchased these for him because they looked easier for him to use as they hold simply hook on a belt in one place in the back and, of course, two places in the front vs the traditional ones which clip on the pants in two places on both the front and back. In the beginning, he would only wear them when he would leave the house, but after a couple of times wearing them out he has since started using them everyday and has told me he's quite pleased with them and has hinted he would like some of the other colors. The plastic pieces, which go around a belt, are a nice weight, are made solid and they are easy for him to get on to his belt. The actual material which makes up the rest of the suspenders are made with solid materials which feels like they are going to hold up for a long time. I'm happy he's happy and my mother is happy she doesn't have to worry about his pants dropping ship in public anymore.

My husband, who didn't like suspenders at all before, wears these every day. When I asked him how he liked these, compared to the clasp/clip ones you usually see, he simply said, "These WORK.". Enough said.

These were great suspenders from what I can see with just trying them on so far. The material seems to be ample and very elastic. I'm not sure how the plastic belt hooks will hold up with time, but they seem to be made heavy enough from initial observation. I'm not an overly tall guy. I'm 5'10" and I had the adjust the buckles down pretty low for a proper fit for me. I would imagine if someone was only marginally taller, they would run out of adjustment. I'm certain that one of these tall beer belly shaped fellows that I often see wearing suspenders would find these to have enough adjustment. They're not bad at all, but maybe a larger size needs to be offered for taller or heavier guys. I'm not a very heavy guy. I wanted these to help keep my BDU pants up when I'm working on my deer lease and heavy tools attached to my belt like Machete's or hatchets. These tend to sag my belt down on the right side and these suspenders help to alleviate that problem. However, I did not have a ton of adjustment left in the suspenders. BUT...I did have enough.

Product seems to be well constructed and sturdy. I haven't tried them on yet, but I believe the item will work well.

I normally purchase the major brand name of these "airport suspenders" but thought to try these for work use. They are lighter feeling when on, elastic seems a bit weaker but plenty for support. They look nice and have a smaller back center patch that blends in with the suspenders better than the other that prints when worn under another shirt. I followed the chart and adjustability is about perfect with room for further adjustments as the elastic breaks in. Durability sees fine so far and for the good value of money savings, I plan to purchase additional ones when needing another color.

I have recently purchased a pair of suspenders similar to these, but from an individual company. They worked tremendously well, but were very cost prohibitive. I saw this product on Amazon and thought I would try it to see how it compared with the expensive pair. These are Very useful and do the job perfectly. I have no complaints whatsoever.

I'm very happy with this product; it's made a huge difference. I like that it hooks onto the belt instead of hooking onto belt loops or clipping to the pants. I wear mine with the front clips more out to the sides (pretty much all the way to my sides near the belt loops) and I have not had it slip off my shoulders a single time. I can feel it when I'm wearing it, but it's not bad and it's a lot better than needing to pull up my pants every few minutes. It's not really visible even with tight-ish shirts. I have only have one clip come off once but I was sitting weirdly.

I've used the clip-on type suspenders, but they caused a bit of damage to the pants or the belt. These suspenders have a plastic connector that is snug with a regular thickness leather belt and have not caused any issues of any sort. TLDR These suspenders have really reduced back pain! They do require a belt to connect to, and if the belt/connector fit is snug there are no problems with them coming apart. After a few days you will learn the tricks to wearing suspenders! I do not like the look of suspenders, so I'll be accumulating button up sweaters! 5Good buy!+%
