Is the machine delivered with twindos cartridges?

If your machine is a model that uses the TwinDos then it is delivered with a bottle of each: TwinDos 1 and 2. You also get a voucher for 6 months of free detergent bottles which is made of 3x TwinDos 1 and 2x TwinDos 2. You need less of TwinDos 2 than Twindos 1 in washes. Your free voucher order comes from Miele and is well packaged and delivery is fast. highly recommend the twinDos system. I use anti limescale tablets (which I put in the main wash drawer) and I set the amount of detergent to the lowest setting. the clothes come out well washed, the scent of the detergent is faint which in my opinion is a bonus. Hope this helps. Oops... Forgot, I also got three Caps (wool, waterproofing and colour). If you have other Miele products and have registered them on their websites, you can potentially be given some money off vouchers (I received £15 off my next purchase of detergent - better than nothing!)

I just got my machine and the fabric softener feels like it leaves a sticky residue on my clothes. I used suggested dose. Anyone else with this issue?

The cartridges are the “soap” in number 1 and bleaching agent in number two. There is no fabric softener in the cartridges as sold from Miele. This you either add yourself in the draw or use the Miele caps in the draw. Either way I have had my machine for 4 years with no issue either using the twin dos or cap systems now using own fabric conditioner and powder in the draw as cheaper and also had no issues with this.

We normally pay around £65 for a pack of 5 twindos direct from Miele
