Fits perfectly and holds your tourniquet and medical shears nicely. The only minor defect I’ve had, so far (3 months now, July 2019) is some fraying. I snipped them off and it seems to be holding up. I wear it at work everyday in direct sun and heat. It hasn’t discolored at all. Worth the price I paid.

Easy to put on a molle vest, CAT TQ fits great, and space for my shears. Good quality without any loose string. Strong Velcro too.

Love this item. Will be buying more.The MOLLE options, the shears pocket and the overall compact and functional design is great!I will be replacing ALL of my TQ pouches with these. In my trauma bags, car kits, truck kit, hiking bag, tractor kit, etc...Keep that in mind as you read the following...The one issue to correct once they are delivered are the snaps. They are so low quality, the stems broke after one fasten/unfasten cycle.Get a snap kit with some heavy duty snaps and just replace them as soon as the pouches are delivered, you'll thank me.

Solid ouch pouch for work, I’ve used the hard plastic ones at times but have found they aren’t as versatile. This cloth holster fits most makes of tourniquets and latches well you my vests molle. I have been asked by multiple colleagues where I got it and they are surprised by their quality for the price.

This is a cheaply made pouch of a good design. The idea is good for the storage of the two items together, cat tourniquet and trauma shears. The biggest issue are the snaps, they are worthless. Totally defective and broke when I opened them to install on a molle med pouch. I purchased one in green and brown, the same issue with both. This is a failure of something that has not been even left the house. Unreliable and would only be more frustrating for it to fail in the field. Find another brand from a more reputable company. All the reviews are the same issue and now I can't return it so it will be used in a different way than the original idea. This seller should contact people such as myself and others that have received defective product and exchange them for a new item. They are in brand new condition defective and clearly not worth the money.

This Tourniquet holder is perfect for a CAT GEN7 TQ and a pair of scissors. The scissors are set into a pocket and the hook and loop tabs secure them in place. There is also a hook & loop area for you to place a Blood "type" patch (not included) or any other small patch. I have purchased 4 of these holders and I am very happy with the quality.

I have it installed on my plate carrier and it fits perfectly with my molle attachment system. It is very visible and easy to access in an emergency. The snaps on the back straps work great. Overall I am very happy with the product.
