Sony PlayStation 3 - 80GB System (Renewed)

I initially got this as a gift for my young nephew thinking this would be a good gift. (The genius that I am, I did not ask what would be best for him, I just bought it thinking it would be a good gift). His parents did not want him to play any more video games, which I respect, so when I found this out I had to return it. However, I tested to confirm the system worked. 1) The system was shipped on time. 2) It came very clean and it worked well. 3) The seller was very understanding of the return and took it back. (this all happened within a couple of days. I thought they earned a good review but more importantly, I ordered a PS3 from another Amazon supplier, and it was dirty and did not work! So I was happy they did a good job and thought I should let others know. REFUND: I received my refund from this company within a couple of days. The other PS3 company (system did not work), It has been several weeks and I still have not received my refund. Totally different quality and service.

Do not waste your money! I was pleasantly surprised to see I got a ps3 controller & an hdmi cable in the box along with the old school red yellow & white plug. Figured I’d hook it up with the hdmi but it won’t wirk. After hours of internet searches I manage to get it working using the old low quality component plug. Nothing I do will get the hdmi cable to work (even Sony’s guide on manually changing the output) my guess is they sent me a console with a faulty hdmi port. I wouldn’t be bothered but when using the component hook up, the display is 3 inches shorter than my tv on both sides leaving black spaces which is distracting and unpleasant. Knowing any of this beforehand I would have spent a little extra to go to GameStop. Don’t waste your time. Update; after approx 2 hours of playing, the console turned off and wouldn’t respond to any attempts at waking it up. Total brick. Plus I got to pay 30$ to send the piece of garbage back. Don’t waste your time or money! Update: the seller had offered a refund on the shipping Update: I did as asked and sent the seller a copy of my receipt for shipping. No refund. A week ago I emailed asking about the refund, so far no reply. I’ve sent a second email.

Arrived faster then I thought gave me a super clean one and looks brand new thank you

Everything worked but the controller. Not sure if it’s the controller or the charging cable. Luckily ps4 controller works if plugged into the system. Other than that satisfied with the system and the time frame it came.

It’s refurbished but should work! It did not work from the first try. Had to return it.

I bought the ps3 over a year ago and everything came out perfect. I meant to tell the owner thank you. He through in some free video games Aswell. It was final fantasy and i think another game. I believe this was where I bought it. If you see this thanks bro. I meant to tell you that a long time ago.
