It serves its purpose. It plugs into my solos and gets audio through just fine, the only issue is the mic isnt as strong as my previous cord.

Works like the original! Perfect!

I ALMOST GOT RID OF MY KIDS OLD BEATS HEADPHONES UNTIL I SEARCHED FOR A REPLACEMENT AUDIO CABLE. THE BLUE COLOR MATCHED THE HEADPHONES PERFECTLY, IT HAS VOLUME CONTROL AND IT EVEN HAS THE LOGO. YOU'D NEVER THINK THAT IT WASN'T THE ORIGINAL CORD. I WAS ABLE TO KEEP THE HEADPHONES AND GIVE THEM TO MY NEPHEW TO USE WITH HIS IPAD.

Thought I would have to buy a new pair of headphones because of crackling noise in the sound quality but turned out to be an issue with just the cable. Saw some other reviews here where folks were able to avoid getting a new headphone and just replacing the cable- saved myself $200+ !

The volume on my son's Beats was cutting in and out. Of course, he wanted a new pair. However, I suggested we try a replacement cord to see if it corrected the problem. Voila! It fixed the problem. It was a quick, inexpensive fix. Definitely glad I purchased this cord.

Volume control doesn't work. Cable still works. I will still use the cable. Not worththe hassle of returning. Should have spentthe money for an Apple replacement cable.

Cord works as described. Used to replace the original beats cord. Would recommend.
