Definitely gets the job done on testing your water quality the color chart is definitely accurate it’s easy to use to test water hardness this kit is definitely worth the money the size of it is small which is definitely fine with that being said I do recommend and it’s inexpensive

I’ve been using a TDS tester for my RO water drink system. But recently it stopped working. I decided to try something different and not worry about changing battery or stop working. So far as I know this one easy to use, works very good and accurate and functional.

I buy the test kit and how simple this test kit was to use. The instructions were clear, and everything I needed came in the box. It only took about 15 minutes to get results, and the color indicators were easy to read

Our well cap had been an older non-gasket version and we did not know that. None of our neighbors on the same water table had any issues and there were no quality problems or discoloration so we did not test as recommended -- oops. We're in the shocking stage after installing a gasketed cap and videoing the well. Because we are a drive for the drillers, I ordered several different tests so that I could verify any negative results. This test is a great time-sensitive test and it is *not* as sensitive to temperature as others requiring room/warm conditions over 24~48hrs. The instructions clearly state that the water should be room temperature: not cold, not warm. The water out of the tap is not room temperature so I collect the water sample midstream in a new red solo cup, cover it twice using untouched saran wrap secured with rubber bands, and leave it on the counter overnight. My only frustration is how "faint" is "faint": From 2min to 13min the "T" line is clear but, as 15min approaches, the line can become is-that-a-line/maybe(?!) there. I try to test from non-aerated faucets (I like laminar flow, of which there are several around the house) so that the water does not collect anything from the air.

Very eady to use! My neighbor realized the waterpipe into her home was leaking BEFORE it got to her tap. Most of the water was lost but some was actually coming up through the pipe. We used it to test for ground contamination coming through the tap while she waited for the property owners to address the problem. Easy to use. I'm thinking now about keeping one on hand in the event of a municipal issue. Good general test for potability. I do wish they provided multiple tests in one box.
