Product preformed as described. Understand the instructions and be prepared. My require few coats pending your item. Be patient and trust the process. Would buy again.

Works only some metals. I am amaze copper turns silver instantly. . First apply only 97.8 percent ,very thin layer silver . Some area copper can be seen . I think need to apply few coating to cover 99.8 percent silver.

It did absolutely nothing for my small silver plated items. I followed the instructions to the dot and spent half a bottle on a tiny sugar bowl. It doesn't add a layer of silver. It even made a plate worse than it was. Now there are traces of the product and I'll have to use another silver polishing product to remove them. So that's $60 I'll never see again. I'll stick to toothpaste for polishing silver, does a better job at fraction of the price.

This does work, but it is a very thin coating of silver so if there are any pitting or scratches it will not fill them in. I also found that the colour of the application is slightly different than the old silver plate, but the application was on the bottom of grandma's dessert spoons so it looks great! WEAR GLOVES for the application as it turns black, but polishes/cleans off.
