Used to be good. Not anymore! INTENTIONAL RAPID OBSOLESCENCE!
When I first started using these, they were pretty good. In the past 2-3 years however, you are lucky if the sponge heads last a week or so before falling off. This is obviously a deliberate ploy by the manufacturer as it means we have been buying more refill heads than ever before. But that mugs game is about to stop.
