I waited several days for this thing to show up because my old one died. I charge it, turn it on, and it doesn't do anything. The body itself vibrates but there's no suction or anything pleasurable about this at all. Tried both heads that it came with, tried charging, tried looking up how to use it online to make sure IM not the problem, etc. After seeing all the reviews about this "toy" I can see that this is not a me problem. I tried contacting the seller through Amazon and got no response. So I guess they took my $80 and ran with it. Truly disappointing.

This thing is garbage. No suction function. This thing has not worked right outta the box. The app doesn’t work either. Paid 60 bucks for it and can’t return it nor use it. DO NOT BUY THIS!—UPDATED!! The seller reached out. They sent a replacement and the replacement works well except for the APP (make sure you buy the Gen 3 that has app control in the listing or the app will not work). It was quite fun re-testing the product with my wife and having it be so fun and exciting. Excellent customer service and great product when you have one that works.

Out of the box it vibrate but doesn’t suck. I’ve had previous models that worked great. This one is a dud. And Amazon won’t let me return it. Waste of money. Sad.

It's not a bad product. It is probably quite suitable for people who are oversensitive, but as for me the strongest setting is still not strong enough. I can live with that but the BIGGEST problem is that this product has a very annoying bug where sometimes after charging, the light will stay on and the device will refuse to turn on. I have discovered the only way to fix this is by smacking it on the bed over and over, usually for more than 5 minutes straight until it works again... Extremely annoying when your vibrator won't turn on when you need it, and it kills the mood.

I have the older model which is ah mazing. This one does nothing but make noise in a bunch of different settings. But then I researched and discovered that this one is very different. It is both a vibrator and an air suction toy and has two different power buttons. The regular button is only for vibration. The other buttons which used to be for intensity have other functions as well. I had to really try all the buttons to figure it out. It is confusing but is superior in function and far better. I wish it had a better instructions Manual.

I have tried a different product from this company before and it worked fine. This product specifically does not work at all. Which is disappointing because it’s more expensive than the one I purchased before. The biggest annoyance is that if you buy it from Amazon you can’t get a refund or return it in the usual way. It sends you to an inquiry page. They do not respond on weekends and it takes them 24-36 hrs at least before you hear anything back each time via email. They sent me a 2nd one which was defective as well. You can charge it. It will turn on, but all it does is make noise. Both products are the exact same. Neither work. And of course over the time it took to get this figured out the return window has closed with Amazon. I have emailed requesting a full refund. There is no point in getting a 3rd one. Please don’t waste your money on this. Especially since trying to get the issue sorted out is ridiculous and inefficient. ***Edit*** The seller on Amazon contacted me and I was able to get a full refund with them past the return window. I updated this review to give 2 stars instead of one. I don’t recommend the product, but they were helpful in getting me the refund instead of trying to send me another one (again).

This sucks! I spent a bunch on this and quickly after I can feel the battery power decrease. I thought it was a charger problem, which it is not as I have purchased a new one. I tried to return and no one has contacted me even after I filled out a form on the website. It still works but it doesn’t hold a charge long. Now it just won’t charge. It has a 15 yr warranty but they won’t contact you back to replace. Scam

A vibrator that barely vibrates. I could barely feel it even with both setting cranked all the way up. I own the first gen satisfier and have had it for years and my all time fave toy its fantastic so i had hoped this one would just be a rechargeable version of the same toy... i was wrong. Very disappointed. Also, it is VERY loud considering how not powerful it is. I should have read the reviews :(
