great phones easy to use, and good instruction easy to follow, works great good clear easy to hear on.

I gave them a 4 because the illuminated panel is rather dim for my parents. I’ll look into the matter. Also, the fonts on the panel are smaller then my other versions of these phones.

I checked when I last bought landline phones for my mom and it was in 2012. She was complaining that her old ones weren't working anymore, or holding a charge, so I decided on this set of 4 because it was colorful and would replace the 4 she had. The base needs to be hooked up to the phone line and comes with a short cord, you will also need a longer one unless you're putting it right by the phone jack. Thankfully I already had one that would work. This also needs to be hooked up to electricity. The additional three phones are green, red, or blue (the base and its phone is silver) and only need to be plugged in to the electricity, not a phone line. As soon as I had the silver base hooked up, the other three started working and had a dial tone. It does have the date and time blinking, so you use the menu and up and down keys to set that first, as well. Otherwise, these worked fine right out of the box, I was worried I'd have to fuss with pairing them or whatever. I like the bright colors of these! The bases are matching colors, as well. Answering machine part is also easy to use.

This is too bad. I had a VTech 3 phone for 13 years before the batteries failed so thought I'd get another. I was surprised to learn that NONE of the phone sets listed on Amazon had lithium-ion batteries! But neither did my old VTech so went for it. It arrived amazingly fast (thank you, Amazon) and everything was included and fine. Liked the different colored handsets and the ease of set-up. BUT: for some reason I kept getting a "Line in Use" message. Phone worked fine, got the dial tone every time, but the message continued to be displayed. I decided to live with it rather than spend time disassembling the set and getting it back to Amazon. A few days later the dial tone disappeared. Couldn't get it back. Sent back to Amazon. Too bad, seemed like a nice set.

So I have other VTech 6.0 phones.. I use VoIP which runs off the internet and depending on my internet connection and my service for the day, call or dropped this has nothing to do with the phone itself although I have noticed that with VTech the dropped calls and phone interference is noticeable. Got this phone because it's a newer model and for the price of $20 which I got within the the same day of purchasing within 2 hours thanks to Amazon my chief complaint with this phone is connecting it sometimes hard to do depending on where the phone is and what your house setup is. Most everyone can relate 😉 my other complaint is a setup is a pain in the ass as in setting time date and so forth. Should be able to go into the settings pick your item hit hit menu select select twice for the time and date however this does not always work and is a pain when you have to change time when electricity goes out or seasons which in some reasons can be frequent. The other is small display. It also seems that you cannot delete calls you no longer want.. my other phone uniden no longer in service or the phone is astronomically expensive off of eBay and I just can't justify spending over $100 for a ridiculous phone. In short because I have had other VTech phones, I don't expect this phone to last long due to the battery or current issues I know with this but for 20 bucks, hey you get what you pay for.. and everything is so expensive and most everything works like crap also the phone may go dead after being on hold for an hour or so 🤬

I ordered this set of phones for my elderly mother. They work great as they are easy to use and have a very loud speaker and microphone.

Top product, Working great. Let's say nice seller, nice product. a good one, you plug , you let it charged and you good to go, not overweight, not too big, very good hand set, and by the way in the box they send us the wall bracket. niiiiiice.

Nice product learning all the things it can do they’re amazing land lines are hard to find they are priced okay and look great
