I’ve been using the JIAMQISHI Wireless Headset with Mic for work calls and virtual meetings, and I’m genuinely impressed with how well it performs for the price. The AI noise‑cancelling microphone is the standout feature — it blocks out background noise extremely well, so people on the other end hear my voice clearly even when I’m in a busy environment. The sound quality on my side is also crisp, with no distortion or lag. The Bluetooth 5.2 connection is stable, and the included USB dongle makes pairing with my laptop effortless. I switch between my phone and computer throughout the day, and the headset handles device changes smoothly. The mute button is easy to reach, which is great for meetings. Comfort-wise, the headset is lightweight and fits securely without squeezing too hard. I’ve worn it for long work sessions (3–4 hours at a time) without any discomfort. I work at a call center, and I wanted something wireless. These are perfect! And they are well worth the price. They have many different features and they are very easy to use. You just put the little usb in the box and they are ready to use. Great sound quality and comfortable on your ears . They look, and they are adjustable.

Had them for three years before I mistakenly broke them. Great noise cancellation, great mic, and good sound quality. Could be a tad louder but sound is really good. Seems like the mic has been iffy for the last month or so, so perhaps they were on their last leg anyway. That said, three years is not bad at all, and I used these practically everyday. Definitely got my money’s worth and will buy again.

I was pleasantly surprised by how crisp and clear these headphones sound. The audio quality is superb, and they remain extremely comfortable during long listening sessions without making my ears hot. I also appreciate the flexible connectivity: I can use the included USB Bluetooth adapter on one computer or connect directly through my MacBook Pro’s built-in Bluetooth. The connection has been reliable, and the headset is comfortable enough to wear for hours. An excellent headset and an easy five-star recommendation.

I literally just installed this headset in 10secs! I didn’t have to go and connect on my computer I simply pressed the button, put the usb on my computer and bam! Paired! The blue light on the headset made me very happy. I don’t know if they are noise cancelling just yet. Some of my patients can hear ac with my previous headset so I’ll have to test putting it on to see. But the sound couldn’t be any clearer. I now have freedom to move around in my office. As someone with ADHD, it’s hard and drives me insane to sit still in one place without being able to move around. Now, I can complete tasks while working that I wouldn’t be able to do other wise. I was a bit apprehensive of purchasing since they weren’t branded but they outperformed my Logitech headphones. I ordered yesterday around 2ish and they were here by 5pm that same day shipping came in handy within a few hours. Couldn’t deal with the company headsets anymore. I’ve gone through 3 of them within 2 years. Not to mention my puppy can’t chew the cord anymore because they are wireless! I wanted the pink ones but they wouldn’t get here till Friday. Please do yourself a favor and purchase. They are very comfortable, don’t slide off, and made to be durable. LOVE THIS PRODUCT! UPDATE: 04/16/26 I checked to see if there was a noise cancelling button, I’m not sure how to make that option active, but I listened to my call after resolution and I could hear my background noise, which is very upsetting.

Headphones are amazing, needed to find my wife something quick for WFM we have to very energectic boys.. We did test calls on zoom couldnt hear them all, with them being right beside her in the room. Now they would have to be right up on the mic for you to hear them but they are great litterally no background noise.

The audio of this headset coming in as decent. Nothing spectacular but clear and volume can get plenty loud if needed. For my particular soft phone, I found that if I use the “mic up” for mute function, it disconnects my call even though the manual says it doesn’t have the function to answer or end calls. Haven’t found a way to get it to answer though 😂 My biggest issue is that my calls sound clear in my recordings, but the callers are constantly mentioning that my audio is breaking up, sounds like there is an echo, or they just can’t hear me. I rarely had these complaints when I used a wired headset. I’m not sure if I have some kind of interference or possible compatibility issue but that’s what I have found after using them for a few months now daily. Battery life has been great, I haven’t had any issues there, and pairing was super easy with no difficulties. They are mostly comfortable, though I have a small head, and feel like others might find the pressure on the ears not great for all day wear. I wear my headset all day outside of breaks and lunch and sometimes my ears still are a little sore.

Overall, I like the headset. I like how it muffles everything around me. I have a loud colleague who sits directly behind me so the headset definitely helps drown her out when I'm on calls. HOWEVER. Sometimes, out of nowhere, there will be static, causing me to turn it off and turn it back on. Otherwise, I have no other complaints.

Good headset worth the money you spend , it’s comfortable and has good audio . It has a decent battery life and with a good mic movement could be rotated from front to back , However it comes with a few draw backs 1) it cannot be used while being charged which is a bit in convenient when it dies in the middle of a call . 2) wish it came in a hard casing . 3) it connects to several Bluetooth devices at once but it prioritizes the dongle like it should , but when you play audio on your connected mobile device , you don’t hear it , so you need to disconnect and reconnect it .

Great device, i have been using it for 6 months and it has a 20-30 mt range. I use it everyday for Zoom meeting and sounds and they hear me clearly. Excellent quality and comfortable

I liked that the noise cancelling does actually block out most noise in an office., and on a plane and the quality speakers are excellent.

worked perfectly 1st day but on 2nd day stop working at all

I purchased the headset in June, 2025 and was working perfectly fine.. however after almost 6 months of using the noise cancellation stopped working and am unable to use now.. need someone from the support line to help in this
