does its job with tiny maple tree saplings
not bad little wire screens. I got the 6 pack to try them out. I had 3 tiny pencil sized maple tree saplings to protect from deer.each panel is about 13" tall and wide. each square hole is between 1 inch and 1.25 inches square. that's why 10 squares doesn't = 10 inches. I wasn't quite sure on the size of each of these wire panels because two of the pictures have conflicting measurements of either 14 inches or 16 inches tall. it's definitely around the 14 inch mark.I connected 2 panels together to make each of them wider for each of the tiny saplings (6 panels was enough for 3 saplings). the diameter was about the size of a grapefruit, I didn't have a tape measure on me. I could still fit my hand/fist down in there to make sure the leaves were not snagged on the wire, so the diameter was bigger than my petite woman hand/fist. I know that's not a standard unit of measure lol but that's all I got. I'm guessing 5-6 inches maybe??the wire was easy to bend and did not take much effort. I didn't think it was too flimsy. the 4 inch zip ties could be an inch longer. it took a little finesse to get the small zip ties, zipped, they seemed a little too short, at least for adult hands. I'm sure a kid with smaller fingers could get them zipped with no problem.I read some other reviews of people having difficulty putting them together or bending them so they're round, but I didn't have any of those problems. after you get all the zip ties on and together you can squish it a little bit to form it if you need to. it's really not difficult at all. just need a little patience. it's not going to magically be 100% round the first time you do it.price, let's talk price. they're a bit over priced for what you get. you'd pay the same amount for a roll of wire screen that is 3ft H x 5ft W with 0.5 inch square holes. BUT, you would also have to cut that to size and when you're done, you'd have a cramped hand lol.you're paying for convenience of precut material. would I buy it again? maybe for small projects.I'm full of large projects so I would use a 42-inch tomato cage upside down and wrap that in wire mesh. lol that's what I plan to do for my young blueberry bushes. :-)

Item as described
It was more expensive than I thought it would be to wrap a tree. For some reason, I thought it would take 1-2 panels per tree. It took six panels to wrap my sapling. It was a pain to zip tie them all together. I will go back to my old product. However I am happy that the product was described accurately.

Depending on use might be an OK buy.
All items were as described. It took 4 panels to protect one of my young Crepe Myrtles from being chewed down to the ground by Squirrels. I lost four Crepe Myrtles last year. I stacked two panels on two because one (15 1/2 inches) may provide support if that is all you need but will not protect from critters. I used a 2 liter pop bottle to aid in getting the curve on the wire panels. I zip tied them as instructed which was very easy and secured them very well side to side and one on top of the other. The stakes 1 1/2 wide, 4 inches long were not long enough to be of any use so I will be buying longer stakes. My Squirrels are aggressive! I opted to buy a roll of mesh Galvanized Welded Wire for about half the price to make 3 more cages.

Poorly made, unreliable ground staples.
I put the bases around 5 of our saplings and all the ground staples pulled right out of the ground (despite using 6-8 per tree) and my trees were pulled down under the cage. The staples are too thick and have no flexibility allowing them to create tension with the earth. The cages also seemed already to have rusted metal under the green lining.

Great
Great price works really well

Very thin wire
These are made of very thin wire. After these arrived I ended up using old tomato cages instead of these. If you are able to wrap them fairly tightly to the tree they might serve a function, but if a deer wants through this, it won’t have trouble. I could probably chew through it. Much more flimsy than I expected. I may find a yes for them, but they’re not going to protect a tree.

Does a good job!
My husband loves plants, trees, etc. We bought these for a few reasons (protection, rabbits, etc.) and they’ve done a very nice job. Would definitely recommend!

Too small
I bought this and I already regret it. The product is low quality and super small

Flimsy, poor quality
Only held together with zip ties and very flimsy anchors in the ground one good wind and off they go.
